Great customer service
Great customer service, initially there was an issue regarding a mix up with the item received however Nina was amazing at resolving the issue. I received a response the next working day and I was immediately sent a free returns label and then a new order was sent out after I dropped the return off at the post office. I would be confident to order again:)

A big thank you to Nina from the Concierge Team. Her assistance and advice was excellent and much appreciated. My order was processed and despatched really quickly and arrived safely with a handwritten personal note which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Can highly recommend Skindays.

I have been a customer for many years…
I have been a customer for many years now and a member since they started the membership program and I love every single product I have used or tried. I also regularly do the skin test on their website and always find solutions to whatever skin care issue I have. I have also really enjoyed the events and pop ups. Highly recommend !!!

Made my first order earlier this week. I ordered the items twice by mistake, but they contacted me before sending the order to check - great service! Received the products within 48 hours. The samples included with my order were very welcome too. I will definitely use them again.

excellent customer service
I had ordered an expensive skin product from Skindays to arrive to an address in London during my travels. The prefer was dispatched the next day and delivered to an incorrect address (courier error). When I arrived in London, which was a few days after the delivery, the item was unfortunately not in the location the courier had left as it was left on top of a postbox of an apartment block that had an open access. I contacted skindays subsequently, and they immediately dispatched a new item via Royal Mail First class just in time before my departure from London. The lady I spoke to over the phone was super helpful. Highly recommend skindays to anyone, and will place orders from them in future travels 😀

The selection of products looks great and I chose to shop on Skindays because they stocked a brand I have struggled to locate. However, despite sending a few emails now, I am yet to receive a response from Skindays for some assistance on items I purchased, and feel this now may be the only way they will check emails sent to them.
