La experiencia fue buena, ya que con la membresía que pagué vip tenía descuento en varias cosas

Al hacer un supuesto trato, el sistema de internet me llevo a otra pagina y se activo en forma automatica una membresia que yó no habia solicitado ni autorizado. Hice el reclamo correspondiente, teniendo una respuesta inmediata y personalizada por parte de Claire, quien se contacto vial mail conmigo y se puso a dispocision total y personal para solucionar dicho inconveniente, con la promesa de una solucion inmediata. Agradezco el gesto, la rapidez, seriedad y el compromiso asumido en tan corto plazo, de dar de BAJA dicha Membresia sin costo alguno ni futuro. Gracias Claire...!!!

74 male and disabled, I have no need or recollection of opening an account with a skin care company. Since last Friday I have sent over 20 emails and spent hours speaking on line to their 'HELP' online staff. All i get in reply is a promise to investigate and reply within 24 Hours ! Their website confirms I have no account with them. It seems they somehow obtained my details and then start deducting money from my bank account without my knowledge or authority to do so. I have not received any products from them, and do not want / need anything. Their system seems to be they deduct money from your bank account, give you some kind of online credits and gift cards and then give you a time limit to spend 'your' money from them... which sounds very dodgy to me I sent them a copy of Trading Standards highlighting the 30 day term in place to cancel on line activity and they refunded one payment of 45 Euros presumably the £39+ payment they deducted from me on 15th Aprll but nothing since.
The ongoing correspondence this week only brings the same email promise of a reply inside 24 Hours but i receive nothing from them ! Now contacting Police Action Fraud team and BBC Rogue traders group to investigate.

Ahlby resolved my issue. I initially asked assistance from chat support and advised I will not be refunded. Then I rcvd an email from Ahlby and is currently working on my refund.

Trotz mehrfaches Nachfragen habe ich nach einem Monat meine Bestellung nicht erhalten. Als Antwort bekomme ich nur die Nachricht, dass das versenden bis zu 72 St. dauern kan. Es ist mittlerweile ein Monat. Und auf die letzte Nachfrage habe ich nun auch keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Ich werde hier so schnell nichts mehr bestellen.

J'ai été inscrite soit disant à un abonnement chez eux (???) sans en être avertie et depuis ils ont prélevé de l'argent sur ma carte bancaire, qui a été remboursée à ma demande (j'attends de voir sur mon compte!) mais ont compté 7,80 pour annuler cet abonnement que je n'ai pas pris!!! et refusent de me les rendre.
A fuir! Ce sont des voleurs!

I was subscribed for this membership I know nothing of, was making a purchase for a promotion with clicks and it was going to be R37 and some cents which i ended upnot authorizing on my banking app. Next thing am receiving emails and being charged that R37+, R150+ and 2 separate R3s, mind you I have spoke to 2 advisors to cancel whatever this is but am still being charged and told I won't be refunded. I didn't even use that gift card they said I have of 13 euros, as am speaking am waiting for an email to skip the charges, which I was told i will get 30 minutes ago.
