we had an appointment at 3 pm til 4:37pm we are waiting they staff don't know about the customer behavior and they are very rude

Staff are excellent at Ajax. From the front desk girls, the consultants, nurses, technicians, everyone are just amazing. So professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They offer you the right packages for your needs and you will definitely not regret it.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I did CoolSculpting and saw no noticeable results, and my Botox also did not turn out well. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the customer service was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money in my experience.

My technician was FABULOUS. She explained the treatment thoroughly and discussed what she was doing during the treatment. I was 100% comfortable and happy overall.

Excellent clinic with excellent prices. Honestly every procedure is a 10 star been going for more than 20 yrs and I would never go anywhere else. Seriously you go in ugly and come out beautiful.

I visited this skincare location in Sep 2025 to discuss a dark circle under the eye. Being a male, I just wanted a simple vitamin c cream, not too pricey and would address the underlying dark circle issue. Unfortunately, the skin specialist "Nikki" tried to force a very expensive eye surgery and she refused to discus the less expensive skin cream option. However, after an hour she suggested the $148.00 (Vivier Corrector 2) bleaching cream knowing this cream has a 75% chance of making the under eye dark circle worse. My dark circle in-fact got 3 times worse within 3 months. Now I am being told by management "Sarah" that I should return to discuss alternative options, possibly to spend more money. Furthermore, a refund for the bleaching cream blunder was not an option or a consideration. Folks, BE WARNED, this company does not care about addressing your skin concerns. Skin Vitality is only about maximum sales and getting customers to spend as much money as possible. "Nikki" is very pleasant, but she is a sales person and not to be trusted. AVOID THIS PLACE!

my experience here at Skin Vitality Ajax was great! from the easy process of the consultation, to scheduling and rescheduling, to my actual appointment with Nurse Anna, everything went very smoothly. this was my first time getting forehead botox, and Nurse Anna made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. very professional with the facetime call with the nurse practitioner at first, and then with the actual procedure. i’m very excited to see my results and to rebook!
