I would give them zero stars if I could.
I have been trying to return an item since January. I have followed the return process from the website but have had no response.
I have sent numerous emails and have had no returns label sent to me.
They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to returning your money they turn deaf and blind.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED ASAP!!!

Received the item, really poor quality and impossible to get any instructions on how to return. Emailed skinx several times. This is a scam company. Do not use!

I ordered 2 pairs of tights from this company in January, but they never arrived. My order tracking shows them as being delivered, but they never reached me. Sent 3 emails to the company asking for my £38.49 to be refunded, as it's not my fault their carrier has lost my goods, but haven't had the courtesy of a response to any of them. Rubbish customer service, have been left out of pocket, buyer beware.

Sent the wrong coloured items. Tried to contact but not getting a response. Really frustrated as the items weren't cheap.

Completely the wrong order received and no reply from customer services. No phone number or contact details. I will claim through my credit card and see if they get a response.

Trying to return 2 items I purchased online. Their returns process states to email their customer support and they will provide a return address. However, they don’t reply to the emails and there isn’t another way of contacting them.

Order was half missing. I’ve been trying to contact them multiple times via email and social media. Absolutely zero response or acknowledgment.

Tights didn’t fit. Return policy says to email for an address.
Tried 5 times to no avail.
Out £40 on this scam

I would have written a good review as the price was good, quick enough delivery and they felt nice quality.. nice fit however I was sent the completely wrong colours to what I ordered? I’ve emailed multiple times and not any response at all no acknowledgment or assistance which is not great for customer support! I can wear what I was sent but that is not the point and they definitely don’t match my skin colour now because of their error… won’t now reorder.

Felt compelled to write a good review as I've had a positive experience. The tights are lovely and warm and I wear them to work with smart dresses. They arrived in good time and the quality is really good - I buy a lot of tights!

I am unhappy with my order and would like to return the items.
I have emailed them multiple times and have had no Response at all. Terrible customer service. And terrible tights in my opinion. Look nothing like the pictures when they are on.

This company is very quick to take your money but when it comes to returning your items they act like they dont exist.
I have been trying to return my items since the 11th of January, I emailed the company on the 11th of january to see how to return my items as when you go onto the site it says to return an item you need to email.
I done this and still haven't received a response it has now been 9 days and I haven't heard anything back from this company.
I will be taking this further as they are not keeping my money for items that are not up to the standard stated on their site.
I am disgusted with this company as they dont even have the decency to respond.

SCAM! They send me 2 different sizes when I ordered both the same and I have been trying to contact them for an exchange and never receive any reply!AVOID!

Very poor quality, completely ripped on 2nd wear. And anything that’s not ripped has bobbled terribly.
