I dealt with Ross and he had the right level of knowledge to help me hone in on an appropriate solution for our group. We are going to go to Norway a first for all of our group.

Very helpful and efficient from booking to customer service

Ski Solutions has been a brilliant company to deal with. The customer service is excellent. I felt totally confident when using them for the first time that the holiday would be up to the standard I expected and that everything would be booked for me and would all run smoothly. The client services team are also extremely helpful and very promptly answered a couple of questions for me while we were away on our recent holiday. Have already booked again for next year!

Quick and efficient booking

The response time to my initial email request was very quick. Andy was extremely helpful and promised to get back to me with some options the next day. He did and we pretty much had the whole holiday/ short break booked and sorted out within 48 hours. Seamless and professional experience.

Wanted the shortest transfer possible from an airport and ski solutions scammed me with a £4k one week holiday sitting on a bus for 6 hours to get to the resort.

I wasn’t sure where to start when booking a ski holiday for a group of 13 but Ski solutions & our account manager Mark made this extremely easy. He was super helpful, providing a number of options for us to consider & answering our numerous questions!Such an easy experience overall & would highly recommend.

I found Ski Solutions really easy to deal with and knowledgeable. Our first date/resort wasn't available so we were sent some alternatives which were all really good, and we could have booked either one of them. We haven't departed yet, so I can't comment on the holiday, but booking it and the choice of resorts we were offered was all very satisfactory.

I wouldn't say it was 'great'; I would say it was better than the competition and gave us what we wanted in a prompt, clear, professional and unambiguous way
