Excellent holiday for the second year…
Excellent holiday for the second year running.
Well organised. Chalet and resort team couldn’t have been better.
My only issue is that there are no flights from Scotland. This adds considerable costs. Flights from Scotland to Gatwick, cost of transfer to H’row and overnight in a hotel. Please look at chartered flights or solutions for people from Scotland.
Dietary requirements not catered for
I have to come in with a 1* review because it’s so disappointing to receive a surcharge of £50 for vegan food. I eat vegetables .. not sirloin steak.
UPDATE: After reviewing ski vertigo’s response, I am still disappointed. You do not need to purchase substitutes .. I am certain that beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables and grains are readily available in the alps. Total cop-out.

Stinking Chalet and poor response to complaints
Stayed at the Chalet Iceberg in Tignes in January 24. Could not fault our chalet staff Dave, Seb and Lizzy, they were very attentive, friendly and helpful, but that’s where the praise stops!
Single bedroom downstairs had sewerage smells so bad that my son had to sleep with the windows open in sub zero temps! Complained and after the drain cleaner didn’t work the company ‘plumber’ said it was probably caused by another chalet and he could do nothing and left! Then had sewerage smells in one of the upstairs bedrooms which happened when flushing the toilet which dragged the water out of the Ubend in the bath! - resolution for that from the company was diffusers! No door between the toilet and bedroom as was shown on the floor plan and incredibly low ceiling height in two of the bedrooms. Chalet staff from other chalets randomly walking through our chalet with no introduction, resort manager useless.
But one ofl the worst thing about this company is the guest relations - I complained when I returned to the uk and they were condescending, disinterested and dismissive and after several back and forth emails offered me £100 voucher to use with their company (like that will happen) and I’m still waiting for a reply to my last email! There are plenty of other chalet companies out there - don’t waste your money on this one!

We stayed at Chalet Neve in Rebery in Jan 24. Chalet was filthy (dirty sweet wrappers and tissue from previous clients). Hot tub jets didn't work and light bulbs missing, despite daily complaints nothing done. Staff were lazy and food did not meet description (no daily bread, no not breakfast choice). Upstairs bedroom room height very restricted.
Friendly, straightforward and great location
Friendly, straightforward, great resort with amazing access to the slopes. All worked smoothly and we had great fun. Chalet was clean and well appointed with all we needed for the week.
