Fast shipping, took a total of 4 days from my order to get to my front door. Got a COA report on it, been using the product for about 4 weeks now! For sure going to buy from them again!

Customer service is outstanding!
I had a couple questions and concerns about my order. So I emailed them and much to my surprise. They responded very fast and continued to reply after each email. Super friendly and helpful.
This was my first time ordering from them. I’ll leave another review after I receive my order. It said 2 day shipping so we’ll see how long it takes to get it.

Customer service was excellent. They ensured that my concerns were fully resolved and sent replacement vials. I appreciate their willingness to find a resolution and make things right. Their efforts have definitely earned my continued business.

DO NOT ORDER IF FROM CANADA ! Will not pass customs and costumer service “can’t do anything until they get the package back” (which can take over a month), and even then they are saying they will “see what they can do then”. Lost 400$ CAD. PROPER, REPUTABLE INTERNATIONAL SELLERS HAVE CLEAR CUSTOMS REFUSAL POLICY, which they do not.

Reached out to verify the checkout process went through, got an an answer almost instantly. Super attentive and fast shipping. 10/10

I ordered from them. It never showed up. They wouldn’t refund me. I have to get my cc company involved to go after my money. I commented on Ethan’s live explaining I wasn’t sent the product or money back. multiple people were also not sent the product and were commenting on the live. He was deflecting all these issues to customer service. There is no phone number to call them. My credit card company is getting my money back and reporting them to the authorities
