Absolutely raging with the service. Paid £200 for my single frame order, it arrived considerably later than expected and the frame was completed damaged and battered on one of the sides. The packaging was shocking! Frame had some bubble wrap which didn’t cover the side which was damaged and the frame was inside a box much bigger than the frame itself, so no surprises the frame must have been bouncing around from side to side during its journey.

I have sent 4 emails in the last 4 days since the the order has arrived, expressed my dissatisfaction and sent pictures of the frame damage asking for some sort of suitable solution or compensation, and so far haven’t received any response, not even an acknowledgment. Totally being ignored.

I have ordered a similar size frame with a canvas recently from Amazon, paid almost a quarter of the price and received a great product and customer service from them.

Totally disappointment is an understatement at this moment.

my experience with Skulpta is disastrous for the moment ...
I ordered 2 paintings on November 25 and until December 8 I had no return from them even though my bank account had been debited. Anyway ... I received 1 painting today and the 4 corners of the frame are damaged ... and I have no news of the second painting

Expérience catastrophique, commande passée le 25 novembre et débitée sur le compte bancaire par contre aucune nouvelle pendant près de 15 jours malgré différentes relances de ma part...bref je reçois aujourd'hui un des 2 tableaux commandés et les 4 coins du cadre sont abîmés. Vu les tarifs c'est franchement une honte et je n'ai aucune nouvelle du second tableau.

Ordered a canvas online. Got notification a week later that it was out for delivery then another saying it had been delivered. When checked I hadn’t received it and it had in fact been delivered to another address 10 miles away from my house. After trying to contact Skulpta numerous times to try and fix the issue I have given up and went to my credit card provider to chase a refund. AVOID

Really happy with my purchase for my sons bedroom.

The concept is cool, but the quality does not match the creativity. The frame arrived in Paris broken, in an unprotected cardboard. Also, the impression (66*101) did not meet my expectations. I received it quickly though :)

Would only recommend for small and less expensive stuff.

This is the first legitimate piece of artwork that I’ve purchased and we are blown away with how amazing it turned out!! Not going to lie; I was a bit skeptical buying artwork online. We’ve tried before and waited 12 weeks for disappointment to arrive at our door step. We decided to try again and it paid off this time. Seeing the look on my girlfriends face when she opened up the box and seeing the artwork she’s been wanting was priceless!! We can’t stop looking at it!! We will definitely be buying more!

Received a canvas print & we weren’t impressed with the quality. Asked for a returns number and they requested a photo of the item? I stressed the distance selling regulations and requested a return number. The canvas hasn’t even been out of the plastic wrapper.
5 days later we’ve been sent an address in Palermo (Italy) to return the print. Strange because it came from London. This whole process has been a shambles from Day.1
I will be contacting Skulpta’s local trading standards office in the morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Surprised with quick delivery. One suggestion though, when listing measurements i thought width is first & length is second.
Also some other sites show the size & frame selected. I thought my print was portrait not landscape. Otherwise happy with the print.

The canvas arrived with some damage in the corner. Skulpa offered to send a new one. The new one came also with corner damage. It was offered a refund. Although they came without corner protection, how they handled the issue was excellent. It's a serious company.

We love the painting and the work that is behind it. Thanks Skulpta for your service. Looking forward to more nice paintings from you :)
