It’s been over a month and I’ve received no update on the delivery of the item I purchased

I have not received the item after 17 days nor any updates or responses to my enquiries. This is not how you run an Ecommerce business !!! The only correspondence has been an automated email to ask how I have rated the product and the experience!! The irony !

I was due to receive an order but it hasn’t showed up. I have sent 4 emails to the customer email address, but have not received a reply. The first time I ordered a product it arrived on time - this is now 4 weeks late and I cannot get a response from a phone in the Skulpta team.

Really pleased with the product. Delivery was within the time suggested and quality of the framing is good too. Overall really happy.

Ordered February 16th and no delivery as yet. No communication either.
Emailed customer services and still not dispatched.

Ordered print “Life is Short” #21506 on 7th February, and following confirmation of order email, I have had NO correspondence of order status, despite 3 follow up emails to customers service. I understand if you are exceptionally busy, but an email communicating as much would be appreciated. 2 more weeks and then i am cancelling my payment and seeking a refund

Ordered my pain on 12.02 and it’s not even shipped yet. It says 5-10 days for delivery but it’s 16 days and nothing. Tried emailed Skulpta but not reply either. Not happy order 21508

I have requested information for my purchase on February 13 and have not yet received an answer. The shipment is still pending in the tracking.

Nobody is answering my emails and i have no idea when my order will arrive.

3 weeks in since i ordered. Tracking states order not even moved. Sent emails to query and not answered. Take your money and don't communicate. Great Customer Service!!

The painting was supposed te be here between 5-10 day. However till this day it isn't even shipped yet and I ordered it 14 days ago.

All golden promises but delivery takes insanely long and their custom service is beyond… still waiting for a parcel ordered last year.

Order placed on the 8th of December, never arrived, contacted costumer support without any answer, tried DM on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and same outcome

Always happy to receive a quality canvas from Skulpta I have several now, and will definitely buy more! My latest purchase was the reindeer head it looks really good, it’s perfectly framed. Overall really happy with my purchase.
