Driver sent us to 4 different pickup points with our luggage at Gatwick at 1am to cover for the fact he was running 40 minutes late on top of the delay to the flight - would have been a full hour late if we had landed on time. Received nonsensical messages about car park queues despite airport being very quiet.

Faruque was amazing!
We had such a lovely experience with our driver, Faruque. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional throughout the journey, and we felt completely safe and comfortable in his car.
What meant the most to us was how mindful and considerate he was of my daughter’s condition. He took the time to make sure she was comfortable and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable.
It was genuinely heartwarming to experience such kindness and care, especially during what has been a difficult time for our family. We would highly recommend him and would absolutely use his service again. Thank you so much for making our journey feel safe, calm and reassuring.

Unsafe and Unfit
The car that arrived to take us on the 45 minute drive to the airport had a seat belt unavailable in the back because it was trapped under the seat. The driver refused to let us unload the boot to fix it, saying seatbelts in the back weren't mandatory, and just to put one of our 'big boys' in the back. I told Sky Bridge at the time, and they said 'Apologies, we will investigate', then not another word. On our return, the driver they sent hadn't been told it was a booking for six people with luggage (which we paid for and was the same as the outward), and his car was much too small. Pretty much the whole boot transformed into the remaining two seats needed, which we just managed to fit two of our teenagers into, and we had to have our luggage on our laps on at our feet. When I informed Sky Bridge, they said 'I will check', then we are sorry for the inconvenience we try everyday to improve our service'. They aren't fit for purpose and would recommend you avoid.

We are particularly concerned to hear about the seat belt issue during your journey to the airport. The safety and comfort of our passengers are extremely important to us, and we are sorry that this matter was not handled appropriately by the driver at the time. We also understand your frustration with the lack of follow-up after you initially reported the incident.
We are equally sorry that the vehicle provided for your return journey was not suitable for six passengers with luggage. This clearly fell short of the service you had booked and expected, and we appreciate how uncomfortable and inconvenient this must have been, particularly for your teenagers and with luggage having to be placed at your feet or on your laps.
We take your comments seriously and are reviewing both journeys with our operations team to understand how these issues occurred and to help prevent them from happening again. We also recognize that our previous responses did not provide the level of communication or reassurance you deserved.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will use your feedback to improve our service and standards going forward.
Cancellation not refunded
On 12 July, I made a booking for 21 July. I cancelled the booking a couple of hours later, as the service was no longer required. According to their cancellation policy, I was entitled to a full refund as I cancelled within the required timeframe. Today is 31 August, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted them by both email and WhatsApp, but I have received no response. Very disappointing service, particularly given that I am still waiting for money that I am entitled to have refunded.

Never again
The driver was late and he stopped at the wrong number of the street so this implied 15 minutes delay. the car was rather dirty, and the driver didn’t help us at all putting the luggage in the back of the car , the same at the arrival: we had to do it ourselves. Also, the driver was watching videos on TikTok while driving and the car was low on fuel. I will never use this service again. Also despite the hot weather, he didn’t switch on the AC and kept the windows open all time which was very bothering.

We had a two hour delay and the company…
We had a two hour delay and the company was in constant contact with updates. As soon as we landed they were in contact with very comforting especially after an extra long journey. Would use again without hesitation.
