20 cancelled orders over the past 37…
20 cancelled orders over the past 37 days due to orders not being shipped on time, The labels are printed and parcel is not shipped. I still have a dozen or more going on 4 weeks now that have not had the first scan though USPS, Fed, or UPS, 8 additional returned due to not sufficiently being packed, Here is a copy/paste from customer feedback . "Each hamper has 1 side that was cracked. Product was shipped in a literal black trash bag"

Walmart fulfillment service is good overall. There were some issues with stock syncing but the team fixed it fast. They're reliable for growing stores.
