I came to know about Skydo through an Instagram ad. To learn more, I approached them. They connected through WhatsApp and calls. The support was incredible. A Google meet was arranged by Ms. Isha, where a Skydo executive, Mr Deepanshu walked us through the process and answered all our queries. I went ahead and availed their services for my international payments. They have strict compliance requirements which ensures safety. I faced some issues with the documents to be uploaded but got support throughout and could get it sorted. Once the payment was received in Skydo the process was quick and the payment was received within a day. Please note, there business hours are from 10 am to 7 pm and working days are from Mon to Fri. Overall I'm satisfied with Skydo's transparent and supportive business model. Thank you!

What stood out to me with Skydo is the seamless onboarding and round-the-clock support! The team was very proactive and answered all my questions patiently. They were also quick to follow up across their communication and support channels. They literally delivered exactly what was promised—zero markup forex conversion in the blink of an eye. They are incompetent, don't have any contacts, forget escalations, even basic complaints contacts are missing. They dont have adequate tech support in the platform, CANNOT TRUST THEM WITH BANKING INFOS. They call from unmarked numbers and demand sensitive business informations, if we raise any queries they send utter nonsense replies and delete them. Beware looks like scam.

I have used it for the first time and the experience was good. Pradip helped me to get the things sorted.

They are scammer fewdays ago I made a account on skydo I thought it is same like paypal my customers paid me threw skydo it is almost 1500 dollars usd. I waited 15 days i thought skydo is good company and skydo will release my amount I talked to many people on customer service they closed my account and dint give me my money as CX paid to me on skydo they are big scammers
