did not pull down full length so light not blacked out. blind opened on its own during night to wake me with bright light

The Velux blind took a month to arrive with supply chain issues cited but the problem was I had to chase them, there was no attempt to let me know in advance.

I bought and installed a single motorized Velux blind and then found there was no remote control unit included, the only way of opening and shutting the blind. I contacted Skylight Blinds so they could correct their mistake but was told the unit was extra cost even though without it, the blind is unusable. Skylight Blinds noted they sold units via their website but I didn’t want to wait another month so went ahead and bought it from Amazon. Poor experience all round, would not recommend to others

I've just had some standard size Velux Windows installed in my loft dormer and need the blinds before I can move my bedroom up there. I saw on tier website they had the quickest delivery out of people with a similar price online. I was ordering on a Thursday and it said Saturday delivery.

However they did not arrive, order tracking said "In Production" for an item that is a standard product from Velux that they do not need to "produce" at all, just ship. I spoke to Tara on online chat and she tells me there is a 5-7 business day lead time on this product. I've said ok cancel my order and refund me so I can order from somewhere else. She said "I can put in a request for you now, unfortunately I am unable to guarantee this at this stage. " what a scam! unable to guarantee a refund for a product they have not shipped.

Looking at the other reviews on here I can't believe it's the same business, so can't be sure if all of those reviews are legitimate.

Edit: Update, they have admitted that the delivery times on their website are incorrect and have refunded me, so I can order elsewhere, still very frustrating their poor website has put me back over 5 days getting new blinds.

Great quality, easy to fit. Easy to order the correct ones from website. Delivered as promised, what more could you want.

Initial order was lost. I only found this out after two weeks waiting for it to be delivered!!
DPD eventually delivered the parcel today.

Unfortunately the item turned up damaged in transit. I notified them and they sent me a replacement right away with an apology.

The blinds were really easy to order, the website explains everything. They arrived nice and quick and were fairly easy to install. I have bought 4 blinds from this company. One came broken so I emailed customer support. Both Tara and Gemma in the customer support team were amazing! They listened and quickly sent the replacement parts needed for my blind to installed! The blinds are for my VELUX windows. These blinds are top quality, feel robust and were a fraction of the price of the original branded ones. Be sure this company is legit and has great quality products and great customer service.

Poor quality on trying to fit the blind the material itself came out of sealed frame work leaving the blind useless.
