I had placed an prder, then realised I had ordered the wrong size, contact them & they cancelled the order & helped me order the correct size, the blind came within 24hrs. I would highly recommend

Great quality blinds and simple installation with detailed step by step instructions hard to go wrong.
The only thing I would improve is some soft paper or bubble wrap at the ends of the box as there was a piece of plastic broken off on one end of the blind but it has no bearing on the operation of the blind and cannot be seen.
Also delivery was within 36hrs so very impressed.

It was really easy to choose the correct size and delivery was super fast. The blind itself is 4 wood screws to mount. Literally 10 mins done. Blind a lot nicer and easier to operate that the original blind. This was 5 stars plus

I ordered the incorrect blind
I ordered the incorrect blind . I returned it immediately and ordered and paid for a replacement but I have not been refunded for the returned blind despite weekly follow-up

Fast delivery and nice quality and good price
The blind were delivered on the estimated date given when I ordered ( a mere 2 working days later). The quality was good. And the installation instructions on the website were excellent. It did take a little longer than the 5 minutes stated though .
