I had placed an prder, then realised I had ordered the wrong size, contact them & they cancelled the order & helped me order the correct size, the blind came within 24hrs. I would highly recommend

Fast and easy
Website is easy to use to choose whatever blind you need. After an issue with one blind, support dealt with it immediately and a new cassette was sent out.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. They were able to fix an issue with the order where I put in the wrong number in the order. That was fantastic. Packaing was a little crumpled but no damage to the blinds and they were easy to install.

Ordered 2 blinds for roof windows
Ordered 2 blinds for roof windows, 1 Facro and 1 Velux. Both were perfect, easy to fit and arrived on time. What more could you ask for?

Delivery was good and fast the…
Delivery was good and fast the installation of the blind was not that easy the scews that came with the blind were not long enough so had to get new ones and also they dont pull down and go up that quickly as i hoped the part where you pull up came with a little dent in it so it wasnt worth retuning the blind itself is fine though..
