Customer service is fantastic. The shipping of the new tree was way faster than I expected, and they took care of their packaging.

One of the trees was delivered today and when I unwrapped it was completely dead and dried out. The tree is almost dead. I will reach out to see if I can have it replaced or refunded.
I want to return the product. The plant is not in a good shape, already many leaves dying. Definitely not a tree rather it is a plant. Extremely disappointed with purchase.

I ordered an item beginning of September. The item was then told to me that it was delivered, but never to my address. It was delivered and signed off by a male in Texas and I live in Boston. I immediately informed the company checked three times with USPS, And when I try to get a refund, they kept asking if I checked with the delivery company, which I have said to them several times yes their documents do show that it was sent to a different state but yet they are still refusing to give me a refund. I have been asking for a refund for the past month and still getting nowhere. I do not Recommend any of these products through this site. All they do is generate automatic emails to you saying that we are here to help unfortunately that is not the case here. Maybe someone had a better experience but definitely very disappointed with everything. Good luck

I ended buying 2 plants on a bit of a whim. The 1st one arrived dead, with a chipped vase but I got a full refund (after sending it back). The 2nd plant seemed fine but I quickly learned it needed much less water than suggested. After a few weeks, I noticed a crazy number of gnats (small flies), which I was told were coming from the plant. To make matters worse house flies started appearing as well, even though I have no open windows, garbage or food lying around - nothing else that could be attracting them. The only possible source was the plant's moist soil, where the flies probably laid eggs. Long story short, I ended up tossing the entire thing - plant, vase and all. That was $300 down the drain. You pay for ease otherwise you can build this yourself at a fraction of the price.

This is ridiculous, I ordered, never received, they used “another address “supposedly “. I requested my refund and nothing, and every time that I send a message they respond with the same response, copy and peste. What a shameless robbery.

It took a long time to get this plant, by the time it arrived, the water or whatever it was packed in was all brown and smelled rotten.

Received my plant in June, everything was fine. Then it started to look wilty last week of August. Reached out to company and their replies were SUPER unhelpful. They said it was a light issue, that I wasn't giving it enough light. Nothing has changed with that and I use the light they gave me with the instructions provided as well. Then when I told them that, they stated I wasn't watering it. I told them I follow their instructions of every 5-7 days with the mineral water. They then wrote back that it's too late and the plant is dead. WOW! Glad I spent over $200 on a plant that they offer no help or advice on how to save it! I can't be the only person who had a plant start to die and offer no advice on how to revive. This is your business, if you don't know you should figure it out. What a waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

On August 29th, a notification indicated that the item was delivered to a San Leandro location, which is over 45 miles away from my home. The issue continues to be unresolved. This company has advised me to contact the carrier. This is not acceptable.

Ordered lucky wood over 1 month ago but have not received it. I did reach out to them and did get a couple of responses but that’s all I have received. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
