Sky View Travels Ltd Avaliações

Alhamdulillah I first used skyview travels in 2011 for Hajj and since then have twice booked umrah through them too. Most recently in October 2025. The service is always excellent and brother Mabrur in particular will go out of his way to ensure that he can give you the best deal possible.the ground staff in Makkah and Madinah are very helpful and always available no matter what time. Would absolutely recommend booking with Sky view.

Excellent service

Great service
Jazaak'Allah

As a family-run, IATA- and ATOL-licensed agency that’s been serving pilgrims since 2000, this is a very experianced and professional business.

Their deep understanding of pilgrimage logistics—from visa processing to tailored transportation arrangements—translates into seamless experiences for travellers.

Across both my Umrah journeys, the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism. Their attentive support began from my initial inquiry: clear communication, prompt responses, and comprehensive guidance made planning stress-free and confidence-inspiring. This level of service echoes what many other satisfied customers have praised.

Upon stepping into Saudi Arabia, Sky View’s local representative was consistently available—ensuring visa facilitation, hotel check-ins, guidance through rituals, and handling any adjustments or support needed during our stay. Their on-ground presence enhanced our comfort and enabled a spiritual focus without distractions.

First-Class Accommodation & Transport
both times, hotel stays were thoughtfully chosen: close to the Haram (within a few minutes’ walk), clean, and aligned with my expectations. Flights and additional transport (e.g., Jeddah–Makkah/Madinah transfers) were well-coordinated, showcasing their attention to every operational detail.

Sky View Travels offers strong ATOL protection and transparent packages—covering flights, visas, hotels, transportation, and guidance. Their pricing reflects excellent value for a service level many travellers seek.

It’s no surprise I chose Sky View Travels twice. Their reliability and consistently high standards make them a trusted partner for spiritual journeys.

I went to this agent because of recommendation. They sorted out everything. All I had to do, is send him details such as passport copies.
The representative who organises taxi pick up, airport, transfers was really good. They arrived without any issues. The representative also responded really quick to my messages if I wanted to ask about taxi pick up etc or any concerns.
I did have a hotel issue but the agent quickly ensured I had accommodation.
Agent also gave good price.
