Good Service
I was very happy with the service I received from Laura Fritzell of Slater AND Gordon Solicitors after a car accident which happened due to a driver being careless who struck my car whilst it was stationary at a roundabout. It was explained to me by Laura the way things worked and an expected amount to receive which was just under my estimate. Excellent work Laura. Thank you

I was unfortunately involved in a crash…
I was unfortunately involved in a crash and my insurance company gave Slater and Gordon my details to get in touch with me. I’m so glad my insurance company recommended them as they where easy and clear on what to do and they done all the hard work for my clam I would recommend them to anyone I was so happy with Laura Frizzel she was fast at responding to my emails and a pleasure to deal with and I was happy with my outcome and it’s all thanks to them. During a recent claim process following a Road Traffic Collision
During a recent claim process following a Road Traffic Collision in which I suffered injury, Slater and Gordon were appointed by my union. Shuiken Chan from the Edinburgh office dealt with my claim, she was efficient, communicated promptly and most importantly kept it jargon free, breaking down legal terms to understandable material. This left me best placed to make a decision when it came to a settlement being reached with the offending party.
Shuiken's guidance and experience shone through, with her reassuring nature helping realise I was in safe hands.
Hopefully I won't be in a situation like this again, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Slater and Gordon and/or Shuiken again. Excellent work!
