I haven’t purchased anything from them because the customer service is based abroad with bad connection so we couldn’t hear each other and on top of that we couldn’t understand each others accents

The website doesn’t clarify if returns are free as I’m guessing this would be very expensive to return if not suitable

Been trying to contact the supplier for the two seater i purchase, any time i speak to someone ,we will call you back been waiting for this call back 4 months and the sofa bed been making lots noise opening and sleeping cracking sound in the assemble section of this bed am fedup the price i payed we could of buy 2 beds without this hastle.
VERY POOR AFTER SALES COUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've spent HOURS looking at so many review sites, but found this one really helpful for looking at the different pro's and con's. I didn't feel they had an agenda for a limited no of brands. I have a slipped disk and a pelvis that rotates so did need (on my physio's instructions) to invest in a really decent mattress. I found this site the MOST helpful by far. So much detailed info for my sleeping position, hot / cold sleeper, weight, eco creds, allergies, trial periods, deals, etc etc. An improvement would be to be able to do a 'comparison' on a selection of mattresses. Reviews are done by different people so it can make comparing a bit of work ... but the info is there. I like that there is acceptance most of us will have a budget, even when health reasons dictate we need to get the best we can afford.

It made my choice for a new mattress very easy, my sleep health improved a lot, and I never stayed up all night again! I recommend a lot!

Just read an article on Sleep Hero UK about the memory foam mattress, and I think I want one now! They broke down the techy bits in layman's terms, making it super easy for someone like me to understand why it's worth the investment. I will update when I buy one.

Love using this website for budget-friendly sleep hacks and advice. The site is so simple to navigate compared to others and the honest reviews are refreshing to read.

I'm so glad I stumbled across sleep hero before I ordered a new mattress. I never new there was so much to consider about your sleeping position, weight ect. I decided on a a simba matress based on advice they provided and I'm so happy with it!

Was researching pillows for my girlfriend who’s a stomach sleeper and got some actually good advice here (a flat pillow is best!)… after reading just fluff on the Independent and other supposedly ‘trustworthy’ sites.

Very helpful and informative. I was having trouble choosing the right mattress from so many options but sleep hero made the process easy and painless. It was great to have so much information all in one place. Will definitely use the site in the future.
