This is the second set of pillows we've had; the first ones lasted almost 8 years, and they're still okay -- just a little tired. So we decided to splurge on new ones, because we liked the first ones so well. I like to sleep with two pillows, so I take the larger insert out and use it as a separate pillow, which works very well for me. Love these!

I received the wrong size. You all are sending me the correct size once you get the return. Just frustrated that my order is taking so long now. Other than that it was good.

Quality stuff since I’ve been using this company.

Love my Sleepgram pillow. This is my second time ordering it. Only problem is, my pillowcases are narrower and make the pillow too stiff. Last night we came home to my pillowcase order. That solved the problem. The cotton is super soft, even when compared to the silk I have used in the past. I had a fabulous sleep last night. Thanks Sleepgram.

I’ve used the Sleepgram pillows for years and have found them not only very comfortable but just what I need to keep my neck from hurting or waking up in the morning with a headache. My husband recently needed to replace his pillow so I talked him into trying Sleepgram and he loves it.

I feel my bed is my sanctuary. I ordered myself two pillows. I fell in love with them. Then I ordered sheets, they feel like silk and fell in love again. Then, I ordered a silk pillowcase, fell more in love. Then I ordered me the mattress pad and it is on back order, I can't wait to receive it, I just know it will be good like all Sleepgram products. I will forever buy Sleepgram for my bedding, for now on.

Customer service needs to be better. If I never contacted to check on my two orders... , I don't think they would have ever came. Was asked if I want to wait until the backstop is available for my item to be shipped along with item that is known backstop it was a gift so I needed the one gift not the other so I went ahead and asked her refund since the other one was on backorder next time reach out to your customers and let them know what they can do

Customer service “experts” NOT!
I ordered and was immediately charged twice, but for pillows and cases so let it go. Got the “we are dancing” email but no confirmation email with a cancel or order number. The NEXT WEEK I asked if it had shipped (this would be like Wednesday). Got an immediate reply cases were back ordered and will ship early NEXT WEEK. Really?!? Well emailed again on 2/19 now 12 days after initial order. I literally said to cancel. I got a sorry and thanks for understanding here’s your tracking. Get this dated that day and NOT MY LOCATION. Heard crickets. This am, got a sorry for the misunderstanding and a new tracking. I have now asked them to set up a refund (those separate emails have been ignored) I will not be trying this product at all.

Easy to navigate website. Very professional customer service representative that I dealt with concerning a Promo Code. Shipping was very fast and reliable. Now the pillow is absolutely the best I ever slept on and believe me I've tried them all. The comforter and duvet cover are amazing. So comfortable and cozy. I love every item I've purchased so far. I highly recommend Sleepgram! Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Nothing but excellent experience and love the products!

From my past two experiences, Sleepgram is a little slow in shipping out the items, but it he product is well worth it. After having our own Sleepgram pillows for the last few years, I purchased a set for each of my sons. Their neck pain went away when they started using them and they slept so much better. We have tried other heavily advertised brands, but Slerpgram always comes out on top.

I love my pillows and comforter. I sleep like a baby. No more waking up with neck pains and hot during the nights. I recommend you treat yourself to the best sleep care.

I was having problems with sleeping. I bought so many different pillows, but none of them worked. I tried Sleepgram pillow and had a wonderful night sleep. I bought two more. One for my husband and an extra one for me.
It really made a difference.

Love these pillows and the sheet set is fantastic too. Like being in a luxurious hotel/spa.

I placed order on December 26/27. My card was charged. It is January 19 and I still have not received. It has not been good. I really am ready to cancel the whole order. Very, very disappointed 😞

I ordered 2 queen pillow sets on 12/31/24 because there was a free shipping and a 50% off special.
- 1st issue, I was never given the discount. I had to call and email and show proof of the discount that was offered (luckily I had screen shots).
- 2nd issue, I didnt receive a shipping confirmation or tracking for over a week. I had to call and email several times before I was told, the order had no movment and they issued me a new order.
- 3rd issue, after 2 weeks, I still did not receive a shipping conformation or tracking. Again, I had to make phone calls to the customer care and send several email. I was told I would get an email with this information in 24 hours.
- 4th issue, 3 days passed and I still have not received any shipping conformation or tracking information.

So after more than 3 weeks, I finally reached out to them "Again" and demanded a full refund. They immediately sent an email saying they would refund my money.

- 5th issue, several days past and I did not receive my refund. So, Again I reached out to them about my refund and they responded, saying, they issued it already. I finally got my refund.

What a horrific experience it was to try and buy a set of pillows. I reached out to their customer care as they said and still never got results or the pillows. I truly feel they did not want to give me the 50% discount that they advertised and made it impossible for me to receive this purchase.

In retail, it's not only about the product, it's also about the experience. I never got to try their product because the horrible experience I received that did not allow me to receive the pillows.

I kept all the emails, and screen shots of the discounts offered, phone calls I made and their responses. Just incase I ever needed to prove my review is 100% legitimate.

The only advise I can give to this business is, invest some money in customer care, without that, your product will eventually lose its appeal.

I am waiting on 5 sets of pillows and pillow cases I ordered December 13,14 and 15, 2024.

I have several Sleepgram pillows, but I wanted two king pillows, so I went directly to Sleepgram. I love their pillows. They are high quality, comfortable, like a cloud, and easy to wash. I highly recommend them!!
