I found out that a mattress I purchased went on sale at multiple different retailers, so I began to inquire about the one year price guarantee a week ago. No response was given to my online inquiry so I called customer service 2 days later. I received a phone call back stating the sale had ended but that MW knew about the national promotion. I was asked if I had any proof of the sale price such as a screen shot on my phone. Fortunately I did and knew the price the item was on sale for. The associate from MW agreed that I was indeed entitled to the 1 year price guarantee policy. This was 4 days ago. I received an email stating that a case was being created for me. Why not just issue my refund? I emailed yesterday asking for a status update and received none. Distasteful to say the least. Don't keep people waiting. Do what you say you are going to do

THE PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT KEITH DISPLAYED WAS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS THAT I CHOSE TO PURCHASE THE MATTRESS & COVER FROM THIS LOCATION.
ALERT: their 0% loan is really 29.99%
ALERT. I "qualified" for an interest free loan and set up automatic withdrawal for payments. After a couple of years of having funds taken from my bank and thinking this should have been paid I check the status of my "interest free loan" and read a clause: "If promotional purchase balance is not paid in full by the end of promotional period interest will be imposed from the date of the purchase at the purchase APR stated above." 29.9% mafia interest. Umm, interesting that they set the loan to a longer time period than the Promotional Period" without voicing that bit of info. Their scam is costing me thousands; though the product was less than 2k I've paid 3K and sill owe 2K.I tried two of their mattresses and sadly found them to be of very poor quality. It's sometimes a curiosity to me why some businesses aren't satisfied with good business but choose to slyly swindle more. This overly greedy kind of ugly business is damaging to customers and communities. Shame.
Second purchase from Mattress Warehouse
We originally purchased from Mattress Warehouse 6 years ago following a house fire. My husband has vertigo and my tossing and turning was getting the best of him. We went to a different Mattress Warehouse at Central Park in Fredericksburg VA. We talked with Hassib and found some great help. We decided to wait, but then returned within a week with questions and hopeful for advice. He was very helpful with answers to our questions and taking time with us. We made our purchased and then thanked him for the time and service he gave us. This is not a simple purchase to us. It is great to know the Mattress Warehouse policy for continued support on our purchase.

I purchased the mattress on the 29th..The woman at the store printed out wrong address ,reassured me she be there to fix error day of..She was working ..She told me ..Day if ..She was off ..I had to wait next day for frame and mattress ,then had to pay an additional $75 for box spring since original would not fit upstairs a and I don’t get that for another week..So I won’t feel the full effect of my bed for at least another week..I paid o we $1000 dollars and I still have it had a peaceful night rest YET!!!..I’m never buying from them again..I feel
Like they get your money and bring you your things when THEY FEEL like it..It’s there mistake and customers suffer..I’m stressed with moving and they’ve compounded stress by not sending them on time..My back still 😔..Had I knew now what I knew then I would have gone elsewhere..That’s just keeping it 💯..The one star was being generous considering even though they messed up no exception was had..All I got was..I’m sorry..Don’t be sorry ,DO BETTER..The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE..No transparency in communicating if definitely I’d recieve items on time and I didn’t..Never again will I go there for NOTHING

I had been looking for a mattress (in all the wrong places) and tried everything in my power to find one of this caliber.And boy, if I'd known what i know now, id never had to have had to deal with these weird, unprofessional, and cutthroat fake mattress "companies". We ordered the Serta Hybrid X7. when we received it noticed a couple tears where the stitching was coming out and also we could hardly sleep in it just wasnt right. Sent an email with pictures & our complaint, was contacted immediately by John G. to get it exchanged and fixed. Contacted our Mattress Warehouse near us in Altoona, Pa and our salesman Ryan went up got a replacement mattress and was delivered in a couple days. new mattress is great!!! Service was fantastic

Hats Off to Carlton Brown at Roanoke Rapids
I visited the Roanoke Rapids, NC store on Saturday, 4/9/2022 where I worked with a salesperson who gave me information about sales prices, price lock guarantees, delivery process, etc. on three mattress sets. Because I needed to do some measuring to determine the right size box springs for my vintage beds, I did not contract to purchase on Saturday.
I visited the store again on Monday 4/11/2022 but the previous salesperson was not there. I was met by Mr. Carlton Brown. Our communication was a little off at the outset. I told him what the previous salesperson had agreed to but it all seemed like news to him. To his credit he took time to make several calls to the previous salesperson and the district manager to clarify what I had been told and also to seek ways to make things right for me.
In short, I made the decision to purchase three mattress sets because of Carlton's tenacity in working to get me what I need, when I need it, and at the price I was quoted. Carlton is a real professional with integrity, follow up, and an excellent understanding of customer needs. He said that his word is his bond and I believe him. He LISTENED to me and gave me his word. He put everything in writing so there is no misunderstanding. Hats off to Carlton Brown!
