Sally headed up my marketing team for almost 7 years delivering full-service marketing for an award winning AIM listed company. During this period, the company became increasingly recognised as a market leader in the facilities management of industrial, major shopping centres, multi-location retail stores, corporate and government property. Annualised turnover rose from £40m to £250m in alignment with strategic plans.

She delivered new brand identity, positioning MIL as a modern distinctive business within the facilities management market underpinned by a high performance culture. This included merging acquired business brands into the group fold.

The new brand identity, suite of marketing collateral, promotional material, work-wear and livery were launched at a Conference for all Senior Directors across the business.
