I ordered a custom motorcycle graphics kit from Slick Design and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

The order arrived incomplete and several parts were defective. I reported the issues immediately with photos and details. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation over more than two months, I have not received a proper solution.

The company initially responded but eventually stopped replying altogether. There has been no replacement, no refund, and no clear timeline for resolution.

As a customer, I expected at least basic communication and accountability, especially for a custom product. Instead, I have been left without a complete product and without support.

I am now forced to escalate the matter through official consumer protection channels.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Erst fehlerhaftes Dekor bekommen für falsches Motorrad auf langen nachhaken und noch 1 Monat warten Ersatz bekommen immer noch Teile nicht passend und nun reagieren sie nicht mehr.

Hab wirklich gemeind für so einen PREIS sollte es eigentlich ok sein aber bitte Slickdesign zeig mir mal bei einen OnlineVideo wie du deine Folien auf das Plastik machst .
Passgenau ist was anderes!!!!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice.

Bei meiner Bestellung habe ich ausdrücklich und eindeutig angegeben, dass der Zuschnitt für die Malaguti XSM 125 (2021) erfolgen soll. Trotzdem wurde offenbar das falsche Modell berücksichtigt (XMF 125 2020).

Obwohl ich das korrekte Modell klar angegeben habe, wird nun behauptet, ich hätte das genehmigt. Das entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Der Fehler liegt nicht bei mir, dennoch wird keine kostenlose Lösung angeboten.

Für ein individuell zugeschnittenes Produkt, das viel Geld kostet, erwarte ich deutlich mehr Sorgfalt und Verantwortung.

Durch diese Erfahrung haben Sie nicht nur mich, sondern auch meine Freunde als Kunden verloren. Für alle meine weiteren Motorräder werde ich künftig zu Bold wechseln.

Leider kann ich den Service aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich kann daher jedem nur davon abraten, dort zu bestellen.

Sweden: Im 15 and bought full crome grapics kit and i want to say they are fully legit and u wont get scamed the parts are very nice but im very disapointed in how the parcel looked when it arrived. For the money I was looking for more quality in the cardboard boxes when i got it deliverd it was nearly bent and had some holes.

Slick Designs earns a 1-star rating for outright garbage service and execution.

They sent sticker kits that were completely wrong in shape for my plastics. I had to cut up most of the set just to make it usable. The upper front fender sticker was basically non-applicable out of the box, and I had to manually cut holes just to remove and reinstall the fender. The lower front fender sticker was impossible to use at all.

Customer service was worse than the product. For over 2½ months they repeatedly claimed they were going to remake and ship a corrected set. Nothing ever shipped. No tracking. No proof. Just empty promises. It has now been 4 months and they’ve flat-out stopped responding.

$300 for stickers that don’t fit and a company that ghosts you afterward is unacceptable. Do not do business with Slick Designs unless you enjoy wasting money and time.

The graphics don't match perfectly especially the larger ones.
Also some pieces are missing, while others are tripled - two on the right and One on the left. I had to cut out the missing graphics from the excess ones.
For the price I paid I would have expected better quality.

Deze mensen leveren niet!! Dure bestelling geplaatst, maar niets ontvangen. Contact lukt alleen via de mail, maar dat werkt ook niet. Terugbetalen willen ze (nog) niet. Hier vooral niets bestellen!!!!!

Top kwaliteit , set had ik snel binnen, goeie service!

Leider kann ich nur 1 Stern geben!
Es wurden falsche Teile (zwei Mal die gleiche Seite geschickt) die andere Seite ist nie bei uns angekommen!

Alles dreck an der firma!Hab vor 4 Monaten bestellt und noch immer nix bekommen!! Nie wieder bestelle ich dort und sollte kein anderer mehr machen. Bestellt bei Bold. Viel besser, schneller und kontaktfreudiger.

Deze zaak heeft meer waf van oplichterij… Einde mei een bestelling geplaatst (twv €375,00) en tot op vandaag nog steeds niet geleverd. Totaal onbereikbare klantendienst, hooguit na enkele dagen een Engelstalig SMSje.

Hey, I’m gonna start of whit saying that slick design has really high quality stickers and decals and are really easy to work with. Thought I’ve hade a less than desirable experience with this company. Or maybe it was just this one specific kit. Anyway I would not recommend buying the thunderrage kit, don’t take me wrong the kit is beautiful. But after ordering my kit, it took over a month to arrive, very likely due to the huge sale they had at the time, and the big amount of orders they received. But then when my kit came, it arrived all miss printed and wrong, I directly emailed customer support and got som vague answers, then I sent more proof and mails and they were really quick and helpful and sent me a whole new kit free of charge, this time arriving really quick in about a week, there are still some small small imperfections on my new kit but nothing anyone will ever see. I’m conclusion I could recommend ordering from this company however stay away from the previous stated kit. I hope anyone who reads this to have a better experience.
And a big thanks to slicks customer support that easily resolved my issue and was easy to work with.

Habe mir ein Semi Custom Dekor bestellt, kamm innerhalb 2 Wochen, aber hat nicht gepasst.
Kontakt aufgenommen, auch ein Bestätigungs Email für ein Ersatz Dekor hat alles gut geklappt und seitdem kein Email mehr.

Es sind fast 2 Monate vergangen.

Ich habe mich mehrmals gemeldet die schreiben immer dasselbe, es wartet auf die Abholung von PostNL.

Und immer wenn ich ein Stornierungs Email schreibe sagen die wieder, es tut uns leid die Bestellung wird als dringend markiert...

Goede service en snelle levering. Hoge kwaliteit producten. Dus gewoon top

I had an order for custom graphics. Eveything was fine, until i had another order for my fender. The graphics didnt match. Payd extra and sent my fender to the shop. They lost my original fender and promised a replacement. Cant get a hold of the owner. The are ignoring my emails and texts.
