Everything that I order is dispatched the next working day and delivery is usually two days . When I have needed help there is always a friendly courteous person willing and able to help .

Fast and efficient delivery
Fast and efficient delivery. I bought a bundle which was great value. Lost 9 pounds so far by combining products with a small protein and vegetable meal on the evening. Don't want to go into ketosis until after Xmas so this is working for me at the moment. I've also been swimming three times a week 1.5 to 2 miles a week. Can't walk far as the dogs hurt my knee so it's still healing. And I need to lose weight to help my knee repair. Physio was blunt.

Great products, quick delivery, brilliant support!
I’ve tried a few brands but S&S milkshake range is the best for me, the vanilla ice cream is delicious. Love the porridge flavours too.the Facebook page and online support help keep focus and I’m enjoying my journey.

When they give you a time and date it will arrive .
They keep you informed when it’s dispatched ,a tracking number and a time within one hour ,and in my experience it’s always been delivered when they’ve said very good service.
