Im amazed at how slim it is!!! Within 2 weeks of trying, there are many small scratches on the case. However, i dropped my phone sometimes but its still ok and well-protected

I have been using SLimcase for my Iphone13 almost 1 month. The worst cheap quality, an over-prised cover I have seen ever.
You need to protect this cover, the cover cannot protect your mobile.

Don't fall your mobile even from inches above the ground the case will get cracked.
3 corners are already gone from my case waiting for the last one to go :)
Many scratches on the backside.

Better to buy 200Rs transparent silicon cover.

Used & Poor quality product
I recved this product after waiting for 15 days & guess what the product is used one. Dont fall on their marketing trap. The product is like any other product of worth rs 200

Th case is really slim and fit well om my IPhone . The first case they sent had very minor defect but the Customer service team immediately sent a replacement. Happy with the case - something i have been looking for long.

I'm surprised to see 4 rating for this case.
First of all there is no google review, No review option in FB and if in case if you write a negative comment on their FB post or Insta post, immediately they will delete it. They are very prompt in it.
I opted for this case despite the higher cost, because of their social media marketing and positive reviews i have seen across in other portals. Unfortunately i fell in the trap.
I placed the order through their website, funniest part is there is no option to sign up an account in their website or track the order. In the email i recieved from them, it shows me to download some app. I did it and still could'nt track the order. I waited for a week, then I contacted the customer service, again please note, there is no contact number, the only way to contact them is through FB messenger or Email. i received response a day later and they said, its been shipped and shared me a link, in that link it shows the item is shipped through EKART and a EKART tracking ID is also present. I went to EKART site and try to track with the given tracking ID and surprise! No such Tracking No. exist. I told the customer support the same thing and then,they said, its not shipped yet, they will do it soon and said, the current weather condition is the reason for the delay. Already 1 week had crossed and they didnt even shipped it and they couldnt tell me an ETA. Then after an hour of argument, they agreed to share me an ETA by next day. The very next day i contacted them, they dont even have any update, i asked them to cancel the order and refund. They said it will take another day to get it cancelled and refund will take another 5 days more. Till now i didnt recieved any refund or cancellation Email. This company does not exist and its fake. i have a request to you guys, please dont fall for them. I'm going to wait for another week and if no further response, i'm planning to take legal action against them. So guys please dont ever fall into the trap.

I super love the product and the person i'm talking to is very accomodating. I highly recommend this product. I'm a happy and satisfied customer and i will keep to support the slimcase 😊❤️

They said it may take 2-4 days within Manila, but I got it next day! Plus the cases are pretty awesome! Their staff is so polite and answer my query fast! Will recommend you to my friends and relatives.

Its a case i was always looking for which doesn't hide phone look and feel, after several cases landed to this. Its perfect fit and customer support is awesome. Initially receive wrong case for S21 but dispatched correct one for S21 once reached to support over email. Initially i had dilemma how reliable this brand is but after this interaction i have ordered another case for my wifey as well.

I disliked other cases just like you guys too. Slimcase is exceptionally slim, extremely light, and protective. I really want to make Slimcase the only case I ever need. I’ve been using Slimacase and tempered glass for my iPhone 13 mini for about a month now and I could not comment on the case turning yellow over time yet. I however would like to say a few other things about it. I put on my case when I’m on the go and remove it when at home and I notice the case form/structure deformed in a few spots such as the power button and volumes cut-outs even though I’ve been handling it with care, put on and remove gently. Another thing that I would like to point out about the case is it would be great if you guys can make it scratch-resistant, more thumbprint resistant, and dust resistant in the future. Even after using it for just about a month, the scratch marks are very noticeable, especially under light. Also, the case gathers dust particles quite fast. Next is the tempered glass. I really love it. This is the first tempered glass that I ever bought that perfectly fits the phone screen and the installation is super easy with the installation frame. It surprised me. However, after the installation, there’s a tiny bubble on the middle of the screen that won’t disappear no matter what I tried even though I followed the instructions and steps correctly. It’s quite annoying but I can live with it. I just hope it could be better. Like the case, I also hope you guys can make the tempered glass will be more thumbs print resistant and dust resistant in the future. Last but not least, I would like to thank you guys so much for your brilliant and smart efforts.

Very very disappointed with the product, its expensive, but thats is ok. but withthe price the quality is not good, within 10 mins of using it, i had scratched in my case when i had put it on my pocket,funny thing is I didnot carry anything inside my pocket.

I ordered a case because I thought that this one is better than all other slim-cases on the market. But it’s 100% the same as from another company you can find on Amazon. I just had a quick look, but they don‘t allow return after purchase! The case was not used and still in the packing.

Bought my iphone 12 slimcase last June 8, then after several days of use, the case has a damage on it as of June 15. I am worried now about its quality if in case my phone get dropped by accident. Note that as much as I want to take care my phone, I'd like also that the case is damaged free. I am looking forward that this product could also consider quality materials aside from aesthetics. Durability should be on top of everything. Also, looking forward for product warranty.

It is so cute! I really like the frosted color. The design is super slim and lightweight, but I think it's quite durable to protect the phone. However, the delivery was a bit long, I waited 5 days to receive it 🥲

I have read a lot of negative reviews and doubts about this product. But after using it, I really love it. The case is very thin, light, and feels very comfortable to use. Hopefully, Slimcase will release many new models in the near future.
