I purchased their red-light belt a year ago. Their sales page was weird in that it seemed like I would have to buy the power cord separately....which made no sense to me. I found that misleading, but proceeded with the purchase. At the same time, I purchased their "Lifetime Warranty". However, now that I'm having issues with the belt and trying to get them to honor their warranty, I can't seem to reach anyone in their apparently non existent customer service department. I have sent several emails with no response, other than an automated message stating that "someone will get back to you soon". ...which hasnyet to happen. However, from reading posts of people's experiences, with trying to cotactt the company, I fear that slimgleam.com is just another SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not buy this product. It stopped working very quickly, it has bad quality. I wrote an email for full refund or another wrap and I haven't heard back from them at all. Customer service doesn't exist.

I ordered the plate and when completing the order the plate came back up so thought I needed to click on it again. Oops I ordered 2! Tried to cancel order and of course could not!
Received order and called company to find out I would have to pay for return shipping cost.
I have contacted them by email once twice three Tim’s agin for a return address and have not received any reply back.
I notified my credit card company and hope to get some satisfaction that way!

Almost non existent customer service. Complete false information about their products. Says they ship from US but they ship from China. If trying to return product for refund you have to pay the shipping cost and that address is in Norway! Do NOT buy from this company!!!

Can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve reached out multiple times. No timeframe of when they will respond back, their messages say, we will get back as soon as possible. Does that mean a year from now? A few weeks? Who knows!

No promotional items were sent ($50 gift card, resistance bands, red light tool, slim belt, corded remote). The “red light” tool I received was just a cheap vibrating tool with no red light, broken metal and scratches. Very cheap shiz. Make you pay for a remote (no batteries included) and list goes on and on.

I purchased the original item for my girlfriend. It came without the four "bonus" items. For the past three weeks, I have gotten the run around through a few emails. I was told that these items were shipped separately and would be arriving shortly. In one email, I was given a link to a tracking number that is written in Chinese until it supposedly arrived at a facility in Illinois. When I tried to call the number for customer service, I could not get through. I finally waited over an hour and spoke to someone with a thick Asian accent. Twenty minutes into the conversation, she proceeded to tell me they are only the delivery company and I would have to call the vendor. Thankfully, my credit card company is able to credit me while they investigate. THIS IS A SCAM FROM CHINA!

100% Scam.
Please do not order anything from Slim Gleam. I received the used vibration plate with no brand on it, scratches on the screan, no warranty included, and the free dift was broken. When I contacted them the lady name Samantha stated that it's indeed Slim Gleam and everything was sent brand new. I sent all the pictures possible to proof.
They didn't want me to return this shit back. Eventually I agreed for 60% refund.
Please go to Amazon, they have very good selection of vibration plates. And that one which Slim Gleam sell is only 100$ CAD.

I contacted the company because my unit was not working properly. They have asked me to send a photograph and video of the unit, however, a photograph will not show the problem and I'm not making a video. I have had extreme abdominal pain and headaches since I started using it. I contacted the company numerous times. They refuse to give a refund even though I paid for insurance on it. They will not budge. Terrible company who will ask you to pay $10 extra for the power cord and $10 for the warranty.
