SlingMods has been helpful, quick to respond to questions and stand by their products for returns, if any. They are there when you need them! All motorcycle accessories & parts are expensive, but ordering from SlingMods ensures you'll get what you want and what fits your year & model. It's been my "GOT TO, FIRST STOP" site for all my purchases.

Billy, a caring and knowledgeable gentleman, answered the phone and patiently guided me to choose the right parts for my order based on my goals of enhancing the lighting on my Spyder. He took the time to be sure I understood everything I needed to understand (since I am not the technical genius I pretend to be!) and made very good suggestions to help me complete my order with confidence. I will definitely reach out to Slingmods first for any additional parts I will want for my Spyder!

There was a problem with the order. But instead of solving the problem, they just went with can't do anything since you only had 14 days to return item (which I was not asking to be returned just to fix the actual order). BTW a $1,500 dollar product. Also to clarify response given, seats have not been exposed to elements. And mistake in the order was based on you inadequate website description. Once year and model of bike has been input originally, giving options that do not fit the bike should not even appear, since they are deceiving. Also a refund or return was never asked from me, just how to solve the issue even if I had to pay for manufacturer to cut a hole for the installation of the seat and you guys to send the proper back rest. But your amazing solution is buy another 1500 dollar seat and see if you can sell the other one. If it were that easy, why don't you take it back then?

Support de Qualité à 100%. Correspondance mail réponse de Qualités à 100%. Prévoir 1 mois 1/2 de la commande à la réception. Les pays ne son pas à-côtés + transit du pays douane du pays le transport vers les douanes des pays, et pour finir, les postes des distributeurs des postes. La sagesse de la patience une vrai vertu. I think Slingmods has the best "how to" videos, far better than the other similar shops. It's like the video maker is really focused on showing you exactly where and what you do. Other places the camera's at an angle where you can't see what they are doing and I guess they figure that's good enough. Plus they have excellent support staff, I had to change my email after I placed the order--I had not updated my account with my new email address. They followed up with high customer service, making sure they made contact in more than one message. Excellent.

Quick to respond to my Inquiry. My first order came with the wrong hardware. When I called I was assured that a replacement would be sent right out, and it was. Things happen, and mistakes can get made, but it's how they are corrected that is most important to me. Customer service was wonderful to work with.

It was very easy to place the order and to make decisions because of the displays and video that they offer on their products. Continue to show the videos outlining the product we are interested in. The actual photos help. I love the tracking of the packages and the accuracy of expected delivery.

I did an order with 5-10 BUSINESS days processing. Waited... on the 11th day, still no shipping. Contacted them and got a canned response. Contacted again and got a live person that said they order through TUFSKINZ and can't guarantee the 5-10 business days. Then why say that? So, I ( myself, not SLINGMODS ) contacted TUFSKINZ. They placed my order in the wrong folder and hadn't even seen it. They didn't offer to rush delivery or anything. Their site says 1-7 business days. I tell SlingMods and received ANOTHER canned response.- Wasn't offered a discount or that they will contact tufskinz and have a rush... nothing. Here I am - $110 into TWO stickers, still waiting a month later. Customer service is definitely an issue. I had to reach out to Slingmods. They didn't follow up and I feel like they didn't care that my order was lost, nor shipped in the time frame they have listed on their site. *UPDATE* Tufskinz told me they would attempt to rush my order. I still have not received shipping yet.

Spend 700 bucks got 1 wrong item they wanna me to pay to ship it to them and pay a restocking fee for a unopened item first and last time with them better luck with ebay

I have tried to call them and email them about the status of my order and all I get is a recording that says
“We are experiencing high volume calls”
Nobody EVER answers you. Maybe they should focus answering the phone instead of shooting videos about their upcoming sales.
