The slippers arrived quicker than stated. They're really comfortable. Normally I'm size 7 but other reviews said small fit so I ordered and 8 and they fit nicely. Very happy with the service and doing a little bit to help the environment
Not receive my order, no customer service.
I am still waiting to receive my order, which appears to have been lost. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Slipper Shop, my emails are ignored and the phone line is automated. No customer service.

The slipper boots arrived today
I'm a size 8 but I had to return that size because they were far too small. The slipper boots I received are size 11 - which was the only other size left available - but they're a perfect fit for thick, winter socks! They're comfortable and stylish and the army green colour is perfect too and VERY difficult to find in slippers.

After 13 months the inner sole was worn through, sticky and uncomfortable. I contacted the slippershop and asked if they can supply new insoles. They replied only saying they were out of warranty. So only buy these slippers if you don't want them to last more than a year and a bit, which is ridiculous for a supposedly ecological product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you have read all the fine print and then only if you are SURE the product is what you want. I ordered 2 pairs of slippers which do fit as I hoped as I was careful in ordering and sizing (3 in 1 fitting). However the material used on the sole means that when I walk around on my wood grained laminate flooring they squeek squeek sqeek squeek squeek ..... yes most annoying! Both pairs make the same noise and both feet are the same so I would say it IS a 'product fault' but from reading reviews I can see if I return the slippers I will have to pay return postage then they will deduct their postage cost in sending out. They then of course would at that point have the slippers to sell to some other unsuspecting soul and I would be the one out of pocket. Lesson learned I will NEVER use this company again and unless you personally like to pay for 'experience' I would advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I do hope this review saves some folks the disappointment in the product and the shock of the return policy. Some of the relpies to prevoius complaints 'appear' helpful as in they will exchange the slippers but REMEMBER this will be at YOUR cost and they will deduct from for anything they can. One reviewer found that even opening the plastic bag to try them on qualified in their eyes for a deduction on the refund. This company do not have a physical store so you cannot try on any product before buying so with a proper return policy with 5 star reviews they should not be allowed to trade. They are in effect 'stealing' money from some very vulnerable. My advise in case it was not clear. "Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
The slippers stank of perfume
The slippers (and box) absolutely stank of perfume and the returns process was laborious- kept asking if I was sure they didn’t fit. Yes, quite sure and considering the exact same item bought elsewhere does fit I’m not sure what SlipperShop are selling.
Safe to say I would not recommend using them

Costly return
Speed of service and speed of refund were very good, but the product was not what I needed. I suffer from cold feet and was replacing a pair of moccasins that covered most of the feet. The pair I received didn't do this, so I returned them. First bad news is that I have to pay to return them (tracked recommended) and then they reduced the refund as I had opened the plastic bag they came in. I would have had difficulty in trying them on while still in the bag! In anticipation of the same occurring, I wouldn't buy again.
terrible and jobs worth customer service
I bought slippers for a very dear friend of mine for Christmas and sadly she died just before I could give them to her. The company has refused a refund due to their 30 day return policy . I was even told that their system is incapable of handling a return after 30 days . I then pointed out that their website states that Christmas purchases can be return up to 31st January . so blatant lies .
But apparently im two weeks out of that window.
The company has shown no empathy or sympathy to the situation and im sure it would be of no consequence for them to have accepted a return from me .
And dont waste any time trying to phone them as none of their multitude of options leads you to a human.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I emailed for a refund after not receiving my goods on TWO attempts, but have received no reply. I am now out of pocket with no desired goods. Disgraceful.
