A Tale of two Glasses
I got two pair one called the "Fredora" in purple but in person it's pink with gold trim. They are really girly and almost remind me of the 70s. I also purchased the "Helen" very nerdy and cute-like in black but my only concern is the handles on the frame: their not bent to curve around the ear. So if I turn my head down they fall off. But the for the quality and style I would definitely buy again.

Super recommend Sllac
Bought 3 glasses in July, finding my prescription was filled wrong after reviewing the order confirmation email they sent me. Email their customer service for this issue, and get feedback quite quickly. They helped to me fix the prescription. Super fast response and spot on customer service.

Easy to communicate with and quick to answer.
I had trouble with my progressive prescription, which was neither their fault or mine. They were quick to respond to my e-mails regarding the situation and offered to, and did, correct the problem at their cost. I am very happy with their customer service, and would not hesitate to order from them again.

The website is very well put together and easy to navigate lots of choices up front which gave me suggestions on other frames that I mean like as well. The promotions going on was fantastic. I'm waiting till my glasses arrive and I may just recommend this to everybody I know.

Tint control problem
I've order glasses with Dark brown tint (80%) from Sllac some years ago and it was great; brown enough but not too dark.
I ordered another pair recently with medium brown tint (50%), and these came darker than the previous dark ones. How is 50% darker than 80%?
Disappointed in the quality control, but other than that, buying experience has been great.
