Glasses were as I expected and look great on my son. One nosepad was broken but it came with 2 extras (along with tiny screwdriver and extra screws) so no problem.

Glasses arrived in a Manila envelope with both cases cracked. Definitely not happy about the packaging

I received the frame I ordered. But my prescription has to be wrong that they sent. I can not see out of them at all. I'm very disappointed. I was really looking forward to them. I'm hoping they will fix the issue or refund my money!

Easy to order, ship time is as expected. Customer service is stellar, my first order and my glasses arrived with crinkling/scratches (due to intense heat wave), and they replaced the order with no hassle at all, and seemed to have expedited the shipping. Very stoked, love the glasses and sunglasses I got.

I got the latest style frames at less than 10% of the cost of my matching old ones. The lenses are seamless. Shipping takes a while as disclosed on the site. Sllac has a new permanent client.

Nothing but good experiences so far with this company. My original order arrived faster than expected and everything was up to spec. I wasn’t happy with the tint (no fault of the company) and reached out via email about exchanging my glasses. They responded promptly and informed me how to exchange for store credit. After shipping back the glasses they added the store credit to my account right away. I was skeptical at first about ordering from this company but so far their products and service have been A1. Will keep you posted on how the exchanges turn out but so far will def be recommending this company to friends and family.

I needed a difficult prescription, with slightly more prism correction than the website would allow, so I included a note to indicate this. I was quickly contacted and sent a picture of the prescription. When the glasses came, there wasn't enough prism, I had vertical double-vision. SLLAC was slow to accept this, insisting that the glasses had been properly prepared. Finally, I was allowed to send them back for a refund. I contacted SLLAC about a month later, asking if they could enter the prescription from the picture into my records, and they responded that they could not make lenses for my prescription. The $10 credit they gave on my account is of no use.

Cute cheap glasses! Rx turned out great even on progressive lenses. Use a free app to get your pd number. Worked great

My glasses have the wrong rx in the right lense and I have sent 3 emails and I haven't heard from anyone so I paid for something I can't wear and money is tight for everyone..

I wouldn’t even give you one star. Bad experience the first time they gave me $20 credit to try them again and give them a second chance so I did and it was just as horrible poor quality horrible customer service they do nothing but lie and make excuses never will I use them again

Still haven’t received my glasses all they do is lie and make excuses and give you attitude filing a better business complaint

The frames are well made; yet the lenses are thick and stick out a bit. But they are quite beautiful. Overall I would say their great quality.

Amazing choice of frames. Really easy to upload your prescription. My sun glasses arrived within 2 weeks and the quality is fantastic. I'm so pleased!
