Great website! And very quick with any issues relating to accounts. I have been using slot mob on and off for about 1 year. On Sunday night I was bored and thought i would put a wee £10 in to pass time. I won over £300 within about 15 mins so withdrew £300 straight away about 10.20 PM on Sunday. When i woke up on Monday morning had an e-mail from verification team around 8.00AM monday morning asking for ID and bank cards etc. Sent the stuff off as required and said I didn't have access to 2 of my old and cards. So they advised me to write a note/letter explaining so and sign it and email them it. All this was done in a couple of hours. Then on Tuesday evening (today) received email saying funds are on the way. Happy days !!

They have a decent selection of games they seem to of in recent months made live chat 24/7 which I think is very good, as before, as soon as it hit midnight the live chat was closed, so that was frustrating, but since it’s now 24/7 it’s a lot more assuring to know you can speak to somebody whenever you need too.
The only thing I don’t like is that you have to wait a full 48 hours before they release your withdrawal from pending, I can understand if that was for new players, but IMO if you are fully verified on their site then you shouldn’t have to wait that long. If it wasn’t for that fact I would of rated them higher, so unless they manage to change that then I’ll stick to the bigger gaming sites that don’t have that rule.

Avoid at all costs!! After attempting to make a withdrawal last week of £300 my account was closed i was told to send id over which i done no problem, i was then told that i wasn't recieveing my money because i had been registered with gamstop which is complete bs i proved this to them. 2 days later they told me that i had a duplicate account which i actually did but had forgotten about but thought my account i was on would have been ok because i had made several deposits over a period of time, but like any of these shoddy gambling websites they will take take take until you request to withdraw then it all changes and they hide under terms and conditions. Also there chat agents are rude and unhelpful. PATHETIC!
