They seem to be victimizing me they have a feature on there anyone can play it except me I was allowed once since then the last 3 or 4 times feature is available I'm what they call segmented in zll the people know at least 100 players all are allowed friends family ect ect bug not me I have contacted customer services and they even apologized about it and informed me they would give feedback to relevant department and I should be eligible next time but that's 3 tines ago still not allowed today I reported it again and they said I'm segmented (might get it next time) I,m being victimized by them don't know why they wont give a reason except segmented yey everyone in my clan get it each and every time all my family are allowed and friends but for some reason not me I don't know (WHY????)

Da kannst Du nur mehr kaufen wenn Du das schaffen willst. 5 Euro für 20 Stück ist eine Frechheit wenn man täglich 60-80 davon braucht. Wenn man schon höheres Level erreicht hat,ist es kaum möglich dies zu schaffen ohne das man pleite geht. Habe alleine in dieser Woche 80% meiner Münzen verloren, trotz der Versuche mit mit unterschiedlichen Spiele, Einsätze, usw. Das geht nun schon seit Wochen so. Gewinne sind soooo mickrig, geschweige denn das man mal einen GRAND JACKPOT gewinnt. Wenn ich keine Münzen mehr habe, werde ich alle Accounts löschen, denn mit mir verdient ihr kein Geld mehr.

Under Windows 11 the game aborts with a white screen, usually during a bonus, which then disappears. No help from customer service.
Now, their servers updated with a new slot in the game. The app aborted, locked up with a white screen and when I got back in all my achievements were gone, 10T in tokens, gone. It showed me at a level of 31403 when I had been in the 5Ks. Contact customer service, explain what happen and they basically call me a liar and that the only settings are what are showing now. They refuse to acknowledge their server corrupted my data. I will be contacting my bank to charge back purchases I made this week, since they no longer exist.

Why can't I give this company a zero rating, 1 is to high. Their app has problems time after time. They're customer service is the worst I've ever delt with. They don't care about the players. Recently I made a purchase for $ 30 on the app and they refuse to fulfill the purchase or refund the money. Save urself headaches and stay off this app

They cheat.Ive been playing for years and they don't pay the prizes you win,They cheat like hell on the mini games like the star dice roll.These people don't have any idea about loyalty.They want you to play their game but they have some dumass in custom service (lmaooo) if that's what you wanna call it don't have a clue I've been explaining to him for 2 weeks and he does not give a furry rats ass about loyalty and worse that you pay to play.now they just came back n said they activated a star dice for me lmao I've heard that before too they're scamming sorry ass liars.
