What has happened to this game we once enjoyed playing. All websites and games from time to time have problems and errors BUT customer service generally rectify and fix a problem when a valued customer complains. I have been playing this game since 2011 and back in those days you went to customer service they not only fixed the problem they sent us away with a treat or a prize for being inconvenienced. Now you go to customer service and they are rude to the point that they blame us the customer for the problem and to the point of calling us a liar.they shove all these screens shots at you to say this is proof we are wrong and in actual fact the proof they show does not even match your actual complaint. This company deserves to go under I don’t know what happened for it to change so dramatically over all these years but they do not deserve the patronage of any customer. I’m done

Again ripped off by the crap slotomania. And as expected no response from these crooks, minus one star and that is generous. Slotomania stop ripping off what customers you have left if any. Anyone new to this site walk away don’t waste your money here .

Player since 2012. This game is absolute TRASH now. I am officially done with this cash grab game. Don't know what happened, but slotomania has become my most loathed game. No payouts, no bonus', no free spins and when you do get them, sometimes you'll get 1/4 of what you're betting back. Ex: bet 1.5 billion, win 8-10 spins and u win 600k total. What a joke. Good riddance Slotomania, with a big middle finger to the company.

This slot game is a SCAM and a complete RIP-OFF! Don’t waste your money, you will be left angry. I had been playing this slot game for quite a while. I have spent an incredible amount of money through Apple for upgrades. A few months back something happened and the game was taken offline for a few months. There was no explanation, no forewarning or any type of reason or apology for this issue.I fully understand that there are glitches in websites and most have problems at times. At that time it was very irritating but because I enjoyed this game so I decided to allow the issue to be resolved. Moving forward to this week (today’s date 1/26/2023). I attempted to play the slot machine game like I always do. This time it was different, it asked me to login using my Apple ID. When I opened the game all of my points, my progress and all benefits were just all gone. I have spent a lot of money on upgrades and different specials that these slot machines had to offer. So I decided to contact technical support. I have opened several tickets for this issue and SURPRISE no reply. After days of trying to contact them there was a message on the tech-support page that said they were aware of an issue and the game had been hacked. They proceeded to say that this company would never ask for an ID of any sort. However, this post regarding this hack was only posted after the progress was completely gone and coin count that I had over 120 trillion game play coins were taken back to zero. I had made so much progress moving through each stage and opening up new games. At this point I have been playing for a long period of time. There was no other solution at all. They offered NOTHING to rectify this problem. I am writing this complaint on this platform to keep others from wasting money on this Slotomania game play. I can’t even get an reply acknowledgment from this company they received at least 10 complaints that I filed in the past few days. I should also mention that when I originally started playing the game, I saw an advertisement from the Dr. Phil show.

I stopped watching You Bet Your Life with Jay Leno because they promote this game Slotomania. I have never had an app stop as many times as this one. Most of the time it does it on a bonus game. Horrible game. Jay Leno stop promoting Slotomania.

This game is a complete ripoff. They keep devaluing their currency to the point now that it’s almost worthless. It’s now virtually impossible to obtain awards or level up. I complained to them and their response was: you’re such a good player, we have to make the game more challenging. Right. How about we want you to spend more money to win less.

I wish I could boots zero for this game. They do nothing they constantly get you to buy their product which is really worthless. It’s like bitcoin and then they steal your money by rigging the slots in their favor to have no more money. It’s an only going process stay away from them.

Played for over 10yrs and supported strongly. It is at its worst. They make everything impossible. Everything has a price tag and if you buy you will be disappointed. Used to love playing this game finishing albums but it is now more money orientated. Slotmania is now
encouraging people to gamble as they are not giving out cards etc and people get frustrated and spend their hard earned money. I am in a clan and we all enjoyed playing now players are leaving because of this.

This game is rigged you know it is... very rarely can you finish anything pushing people to purchase coins which are funking worthless it's always just out of reach then all your constant pop ups start everytime you open the shiet app ... I am reporting this site to be reviewed.

Look at all of these bad reviews. What kind of honesty do you expect from a game controlled by communist China? If you don't believe that then join a slotomania group on Facebook and complain about China. The hosts of the group will kick you out because their employers in China dictate that. Warning !! Please save yourself time and money and DON'T play on this site. It is nothing but a fixed and rigged site. You get free coins at first then the games are rigged to loose ,\.
