Polskie Kasyna Krypto ₿ Avaliações

I read the terms after playing a couple of days and found out my free spins had a time limit that wasnt shown anywhere obvious before I claimed them.

Playing on my phone and hit the bonus. The whole thing froze and when I got back in the round was gone but I didnt get paid out. Their help desk couldnt tell me what happened to it.

Received cashback of 8 pounds when the terms clearly stated minimum 20. Support redirected me between chat and email for two days without actually answering why it was reduced.

Got 15 pounds cashback instead of the 25 I qualified for. Support said it was calculated correctly but wouldnt explain how. Still waiting for a proper answer after 3 days.

Support agent gave me a standard template response to my deposit question, then disappeared from the chat. Had to start over with someone new who sent the exact same generic message.

Asked support why my bonus wasn't credited and received the same copy-paste message they probably send to everyone. When I pressed for details, they just closed the conversation without explanation.

Requested a 300 pound withdrawal and only received 100. Customer service eventually admitted they split larger payouts into chunks but this info wasnt anywhere on the site.
