The Art of Drying Off. Founded by way of California and Hawaii in 2015, three friends started Slowtide as a product of their lifestyle. After spending long days at the beach, they realized that there was no towel that was both exciting and fit their daily needs; so they set out to create one. Dario Phillips, Kyle Spencer, and Wylie Von Tempsky left their corporate jobs to build a new canvas for art in the form of a towel. Inspired by all bodies of water and a love of art, Slowtide is a collaboration of three friends who wanted to convey their lifestyle through unique products.

À la suite d’une commande d’un poncho il s’avère que celui-ci est en rupture de stock…
Proposition est faite de me rembourser ou de créditer pour acheter autre chose…
Je leur répond que pour ma part, c’était vraiment ce poncho la que je souhaitais…
J’en rêvais …. Bref il y a avait eu un coup de cœur !
Le service après vente a été terrible ! Mais terrible positivement ! Après des recherches la personne a pu en trouver un à la maison mère … il est actuellement en cours de livraison !
Si ça ce n’est pas du service apres vente de qualité !
Milles mercis à eux encore !!!

The quality of the towels is perfect…
The quality of the towels is perfect for traveling and outdoor activities. We bought the Quick Dry ones and we will do so again. The delivery was fast, and the website was very easy to navigate and process the payment

Horrible customer care no refund issued for returned item
Horrible customer care. Ordered a product. Paid extra for the unlimited returns. Returned the item due to sizing. Only received a partial refund. Sent them 4 emails. ZERO response. Still did not get the money back.
