I ordered a GoPro with accessory pack that I required quickly due to needing a last minute replacement ahead of an important trip.

I paid extra for Express delivery, but the order never turned up. In fact, despite getting order confirmation, it turns out the order wasn’t processed.

I got no communication from SLRHut, and so no camera. Given they talk so proudly about their service, this was a let down.

Prompt delivery and a very positive attitude towards customers
I have always found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful with information on the correct lens or camera required
Prices are comparable with other sources

Delivered on time, item as described. Great experience!

Ordered an item and was kept informed when item was dispatched to day of delivery .nothing was to much trouble .

Everything was easy, from browsing as a beginner so not really knowing what I needed to purchasing,delivery and collection which arrived on time at my chosen destination and in the time slot advised. Bought a camera no problems with the camera no manual on how to use it found out the camera is a Japanese import try to get slrhut to provide a manual. Have had no reply from them and left OT messages on their answering machine. Looks like they have taken my money and ran.

The shipping is delivered to me without a notification and it has been delivered early to me.

Purchase was made very easy, and this prompted me to make a second purchase. Although my purchases were sent from the United States, they were both very quick and I was kept informed of progress. When the packages arrived they were well parcelled and delivered early. the items were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Very pleased

SLRhut.co.uk do everything online to mislead you into believing they are a UK business - BUT THEY ARE IN THE USA.

I bought a Mastterport camera for £2,000 6 months ago and it has a fault and wont charge the battery. They will not assist unless I sent it back to the USA. Thats £400 to send it and who knows what after??!! It should be under warranty but it is useless as they can't/won't honour it.

Matterport themselves are not interested and redirect to the seller. If I had known I was buying a 'grey' import from so far away with no support and no warranty, I would never have done it, however, thier website sets out to decieve with a UK phone number, a co.uk web address and breaches all the UK laws on identifying themselves with a company number and address.
