SMAART Recruitment Avaliações

The team at Smaart (especially Tom) were incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I originally came in for a different position advertised and after chatting with them, they informed me of another position that sounded like an amazing opportunity with a great culture. I've been there now for 2 months and it's been outstanding, I owe it to Smaart and their dedication in matching individuals with unique companies

Smaart Recruitment is focused very much on what their clients’ needs really are to ensure that the potential employees they put forward for selection are an excellent fit both technically and culturally.

I found Tom, Abbey & Gemma to be very dedicated and engaged in the various recruitment drives I have worked together on and have no hesitation in recommending them to others who need results fast.

Tom , Abbey & Gemma were fantastic to work with. As a recruiter they maintained a highly professional demeanour and were always very friendly, and found me the perfect job instantly! They all were quick to understand the kind of role I was looking for, recognising my strengths and putting me forward for exactly the right job and have always been there to help throughout the process. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Once again thank you for the SEVEN STAR EXPERIENCE !!!!!

Great experience with SMAART and Will. Looked after me from start to finish. Quick with communications and also helped with the settling in process.

Very very friendly and helpful team. Gemma is my consultant. She was so understanding and efficient. Certainly recommended!!

My sincerest thanks and appreciation goes to Rupert Harvey who was absolutely brilliant and instrumental in assisting me to secure my new position. His support from day 1 was amazing.

Excellent work Sarah Curries
Without Sarah's help and quick follow up before and after interview, i would not got employed within one week,Sarah very quickly responded to the email and text message, and keeps me up to date the status after interview. I will refer Smaart Recruiment if any of my friend is looking for job.
Good job,Sarah

Sarah was extremely helpful and really made a great recommendation to me. The whole process was so easy and I love where I am now. SMAART really made the effort to ensure I was a right fit for the employer and looked after me each step of the way. Would definitely recommend!

My first experience with a recruiter.. and it was a fantastic experience!

Emily was Very helpful and found me a job straight away!

A+ service from initial meeting through to following up with how I was settling in once I started at my new position, Scott and the guys at Smaart are legitimately the best recruitment people I have ever dealt with and are genuinely interested in finding the right job for the right people. Thanks for everything! :)

SMAART recruitment were immensely helpful in finding me a temporary role based on my limited availability. I would happily recommend them.

Smaart Recruitment are the best recruitment agency.
In the few weeks of my unemployment I met with about 10 different recruitment agencies and none of them are even close to the help and support of Smaart Recruitment.

I was looked after by Will McPhee and Scott Robertson and they both went out of their way to get me my dream job which I started this week and absolutely love. It was exactly what I was looking for.
They went above and beyond my expectations.

I would recommend them to everyone.

I have had such a pleasant experience with smaart recruitment and in particular recruiter Emily Hookings! She has successfully positioned me in a job and has been so helpful throughout the whole process from the moment I met with her! She is a asset to smaart recruitment and I wish her well in her future ! I would reccomend smaart recruitment to anyone in search of a job

During my experience with smaart I've dealt with Scott Robertson who I could not praise enough. Coming to Australia on a working holiday visa, I worried I wouldn't be able to find a decent job, however Scott made the process easy and uncomplicated. Would recommend him and this company highly.

Thankyou so much SMAART recruitment for such an amazing experience! I've had some odd agencies here and there, however they just took it to another level and made me feel welcomed from the time I stepped in for interview to the last one. A "shout out" to Steph and Nicole - these guys are absolute gems! No seriousness just genuine people who want to connect and help you all the way! I'll never forget it!!!

Emily Hockings was fantastic. Very friendly and supportive, called to keep me updated frequently and was a star and a pleasure to speak to. The one negative was that she's from Newcastle, UK; but there's just some things you can't change.

Seriously though, I would like to thank her for helping me land a job so easily in Sydney.

Craig Thompson

Thank you to Sarah and Daniel from Melbourne for giving me a wonderful experience of SMAART Recruitment. Right from the first call I received from Daniel to meeting Sarah on interview day I felt supported. Their communication was great, they were both down to earth and very easy to talk to. Thank you Sarah and Daniel, I also really appreciate the extra time you spent to look after me on my first day in the role. 10/10 would recommend to my friends

I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking for a job. Bobby went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and ensure I was in the best possible shape to get the job (I got it!) ! Cheers SMAART and Bobby
