The annual boiler service was completed efficiently and to a good standard. The engineer was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

I am not one to post reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to say "Brilliant Service" ..Start to Finish .. Highly Recommended. All i had a I do was make the phone call and the rest was all done for me from arranging a convenient time for an engineer to call to handing back a working boiler with heating and hot water. Thank You

I don't normally leave reviews but the team behind Smart Plan deserve the praise. Customer service team are very knowledgeable and were able to answer my every question without trying to pressure me into buying. I have basic understanding when it comes to all the technicalities involved but after a short call I felt like I learnt so much. Also there's so much to think about that you don't even consider. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you
