I ordered my glasses whilst working in Saudi Arabia the Hong Kong customer service team stayed in almost daily contact with me until my glasses were delivered to customer service at my hotel in Hong Kong.

I asked my friends to buy those glasses for me, and you return the money to my friends too in some days.

So it looks like you included me into the "buyers black list" and I didn't do nothing illegal to you. I accept this as a brutal violation of my civil human rights and a buyer and unfounded discrimination.

I sent you my passport and bank details in order to confirm myself and asked you unblock me (I still don’t know why you blocked me), but you don’t care. Now a bought the glasses from another seller who wants to sell to goods. YOUR JOB - TO MAKE BUYERS HAPPY - this must be your “internal policy”
