Invades a Users' Privacy
I wrote reviews of Etsy and Temu. In order for those reviews to get published on its website, Sitejabber wants access to my facebook account, friends list, date of birth and my Temu order number. If I don't give it to them, they won't publish the reviews. It's an invasion of privacy. No review site needs that much of a users personal info just to write reviews.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would like to provide some clarification regarding the account creation and login process. While users have the option to create or log into an account using Facebook, it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can also register or submit a review using your email address.
Please note that Temu.com does require an order number for their organic review survey. This is done to enable businesses to identify the reviews and offer appropriate support. Lastly, we do ask for your date of birth since users of this site need to be 18 and over.
This is definitely NOT a reliable…
This is definitely not a reliable website for looking honest and real reviews and I have a proof for this everyone interested can check it in parentafinancialservicesltd.com review on Sitejabber. I did my research regarding mentioned company and most reviews on different websites including trustpilot were alarming except Sitejabber. To date 28 SEP 2023, 10 reviews and only 1 positive on Trustpilot. Sitejabber 26 reviews and almost all positive.
Sitejabber declares all suspicious reviews are flagged by algorithms, moderators and community members but there are TWO IDENTICAL reviews from Arthur S. August 30th 2023 and Eustacia A. August 9th 2023. ( "I think that PARENTA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED is better than many companies if only because they are not scammers but personally I don't see any significant advantages of PARENTA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED as a company. I want to emphasize that this is my opinion. My trading results with PARENTA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED were not bad but not good either, i.e. Absolutely neutral. ")
I would attach screenshots, but seems like trustpilot don't have option for adding pictures or just can't find it.
Well... Don't be fooled.

This site is used by a lot of scammers, I have a company and I have fake bad reviews left there, now the scammers want me to pay to remove their ingenuine review from them. Screw this

Sitejabber Not Worth the Effort
I wrote a review which was published. I wanted to make a minor grammatical correction to the review using the button link provided. Neither that button nor any of the other suggestions found through Google would take me to an edit window. Now I am so annoyed that I would like to delete my account and the only review that I have written and cannot do that either. It's difficult to have faith in any site that works so badly.

Allowing unrelated spam reviews of sites that have nothing to do with the site, is this all so a site jabber site with a different name?

Does not publish reviews with bad experiences
I provided my invoice along with an authentic revive but they still do not publish it. What was important in my review I provided a proven experience with a cheater web service sharetool. Because, sharetool platform manipulates the reviews in trustpilot unfortunately. That's why I wanted to leave a review from sitejabber but they do not publish.

all the reviews i post get deleted for no reason and i never get notified they get deleted or anything... But somehow all the bot reviews dont get deleted

Sitejabber scam
Sitejabber scam: I collected over 150 legitimate reviews for 12 years. Sitejabber notices your success & pressures you to subscribe to their (totally unnecessary) "review collection tools" costing $1000's.
When you decline the subscription, the Sitejabber scam algo suddenly decides most of your reviews (which have been there for years) are not genuine and are deleted. They don't even notify or inform you.
Proof with screenshots of communication with customers is rejected. However if you pay, you can create fake reviews, no problem.
Don't waste your time.

First their robot system prefer negative reviews, and the positive one is very hard to get a green light. And I'm not sure the reason why our reply/comments cannot be shown in our small business page. I think this website will be a small business killer.

Fake reviews to the extreme! Corrupted?
There is only one thing that makes sitejabber better than trustpilot, they allow screenshots. However, sitejabber has very little control over the batched fake reviews and makes sitejabber reviews totally different to other review sites. I find trustpilot being one of the best and most genuine in reviews as they block sites that have had many fake reviews and being promoted in reviews. Sitejabber is among the worst!
Thank you for your answer, but it is not good enough as you claim your review site uses AI, Artificial Intelligence. Well, I can tell you that your AI is very bad or non existent. I work with this technology and are an IT expert. You are LETTING those through by purpose as the steps to prove that the review is genuine. So, it is a blatant lie.
