I ate badly and I had an HbA1c of 46. Doctor said "you're about to be clinically diabetic" That was October 2022. I started these soups in January 2023. By October 23 my HbA1c was 41 and a year on in September 24 my HbA1c is 36 and absolutely normal. They've almost been too effective because I have done very little else in terms of lifestyle change. Sure they're a bit wearing to eat each week. Personally, soy sauce and a sprinkling of grated mozarella helps make them palatable. But hey, it's a whole lot better than diabetes.

This is such a good health hack food. I switch it in for my normal office lunch once or twice a week and I always feel better for it, especially given the superb longer term science-backed potential health benefits.

A good way to get a really powerful soup into your routine but far too expensive.

I like the idea of this soup but was very saddened to find out it is not organic. Broccoli is one of the top vegetables for pesticide contamination in the UK so a product that is being promoted as healthy really should be pesticide free.
I absolutely love broccoli and have found this to be quite disgusting in taste- however after one packet I lost 3lbs without changing my diet at all. I know lots of people fluctuate a few pounds but I literally never do so I put it down to the soup because that was the only difference in diet.
If they ever bring out an organic version I will be signing up immediately!

Have been using SmartNaturally for over a year. Tastes good and easy to prepare. Blood sugar control has been very stable since as well.

The soup is delicious with the addition of salt and pepper and a dash of chilli sauce.
I recently had a minor problem with my subscription, (my fault) which was responded to within the hour and resolved 8 hours later by Natasha, who is a real credit to the company.

A quick soup to make and knowing the goodness in it and the benefits Smarter Naturally has become a weekly ritual. Also great to know that after being advised to try and lower my Cholesterol I was given 3months before meds would be prescribed. SN worked its magic.

I really enjoy my weekly soup. I often add other vegetables to it and quite often grated cheese. If I’m feeling very naughty I add a spoonful of cream, but yoghurt is also a great addition.
It is useful having a reminder from SmarterNaturally as I can never remember what day of the week it is. It’s also a good reminder to carry on with a low carb diet
