Way better experience than with any of the other estate agents we applied through. Mr Ottaway, who organised a viewing for my partner and I, was always super quick to respond, made a special exception for digital viewing, and just generally made the process of applying less stressy with how organised and helpful he was. I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Smart estate agents. I currently have an issue with the drain on the bath. It has now been over a week with having to shower while standing in grey water and emptying as much water as I can with a saucepan into the sink.

I have chased Smarts for an update but my emails have been unanswered and no information has been added to the app that you have to use for maintenance issues

I have a continuing problem with my heating and many others were unable to sort it out. Until I found the excellent Natasha.. she went above and beyond and sorted all my issues within 3 days. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Absolutely fantastic service!!!
