Product arrived within 2 days. I had to wait before I could paint it onto the drive due to the weather, once the fine weather came I gave it one coat in the morning then one the following afternoon, all looks good even neighbours said it looks like new.

Sent over pictures of my imprinted concrete driveway and was given great advice on how to restore. Nick,Ricky and Leanne were very helpful in dealing with my concerns.

I’ve used your product for about 10 yrs , I keep reordering

I purchased SmartSeal Block Paving Sealer in July 2025 (£299.90) and applied it in August following every instruction precisely — two weeks of preparation including jet washing, vacuuming, weed and moss treatment, kiln-dried sand, and two coats applied in perfect dry conditions with no rain for over a week either side.

Within weeks the surface developed white patchy marks and the joint seals broke down entirely. I reported this immediately with detailed photographs and videos documenting every stage — these were shared with SmartSeal throughout the complaint process, so the failure is comprehensively evidenced.

What followed was nearly 11 months of delays, missed promises, and unanswered emails — including a repair sample sent in winter, making it impossible to apply until the following spring.

SmartSeal's only defence has been under-application — directly contradicted by their own published coverage rates. For my 75m² driveway, 50L is the correct quantity by their own specifications. I had approximately 5L remaining when I finished applying two coats.

Their director offered to personally help resolve the issue in May 2026 but has since made no concrete offer of remedy. I have now initiated a formal Section 75 claim with my credit card provider.

I contacted Smartseal for advice and information, as I was not sure of the products I would most benefit from. I was introduced to Kieran an advisor who was professional & helpful from the outset.

He demonstrated excellent communication skills, was patient, kind, understanding & had good knowledge of the products I would need. He dealt with my order quickly & ensured I would be notified prior to delivery.

All in all an excellent process & experience.
