Our fitter installed our understairs storage in a couple of hours - on the wettest of days but with little mess or fuss and very punctual. The company was lovely to deal with overall.

This company is the absolute best, from start to finish they are highly professional. Gavin was my first contact with the company and he was fantastic to deal with. He gave me so much confidence in them. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would and was such a gentleman. When I say he went above and beyond to ensure I got my 3 drawer unit under the stairs, I really mean it. He is an amazing, talented genius and a treasure. By the time he left I felt I had gained a friend. I have never had service like it before. Thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Matt, he must be a treasure to the company. Plus he left the place so clean.

I will definitely use this company again.

I couldn't believe the job was done so quickly, one day! The amount of space under the stairs I had was unreal. It means I have 3 big storage drawers, a single door press and a large double door press. Great job and the fitter, Philip, left the place very clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Have used a lot of storage places over the past few years and I have to say that this one has been for us a far better experience. From booking to our final end of use the staff have always been there to help,assist and laugh with……none of them moody or none approachable. Moving home is pretty much a stress related part of trying to get as much done with as little hassle as possible, so to have one less thing to worry about has made this a pleasure. To all the staff particularly Faz,we say thanks and hope to use again.

The understairs storage from Smartstorage are awesome. With limited space in the kitchen, I decided to have the Smartstorage units built around washing machine under the stairs to make a custom small, utility room. With the 3 x pull-out cabinets next to double door, the whole space understairs is used.
Smartstorage were communicative and kept me informed of the whole process. The installed units are custom built to a very high standard and the finish of the units is very "slick". Very impressed with the workmanship.

I would like to give Smart Storage a big thank you for the great job they done .they arrived on the day and time as arranged excellent work bye the installer. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family .thanks again

From quotation to installation, my experience with this company was excellent. Team are very knowledgeable, and seek to understand customer requirements, offer solutions and workarounds. Expertly installed by Philip, the under stair Storage units are high quality. Installation was quick and efficient. Wouldn’t have known work had been done in the house - all mess was cleared up! Would have no hesitation in recommending Smart Storage to anyone.

Good service great staff who are very knowledgeable about customers needs you tell them your needs they will sort out correct lockup for you needs only issue bit pricey but service worth it

Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to order and quick to install. I can't stress enough how nice and efficient the fitters were, especially Phil. He was so helpful and went above and beyond what was expected.

I applied for a Black Friday offer this company put in Instagram last week, exactly the 25th nov I got some messages but the quote was just given to me today over the phone
smart storage Rep said that I had to pay full price because Black Friday offer was gone
I applied for the offer within time!! They just didn’t call me in time
Then he said there were no offers for the type of job I needed … he had just said it was a standard 3 drawers job shortly before !
And then he said it wasn’t available in my area?
Very disappointing response from smartunderstairs storage
All this person could say I had to read terms and conditions of the offer
It is not nice to be lured like that to get customers in
I wasn’t even offered even and small discount for my troubles
Their prices are double fro my original quote several years ago also but at the time the person who called was happy to give me a discount

Highly disappointed I couldn’t get the drawers…750 euros is very pricey

From start to finish the service was excellent. The fitter was so neat and tidy.
