At their other dentist Providence Dental, Akash assessed me for how I would be paying then offered a round figure of £1000 to redo a few fillings, take x-rays, clean my teeth and get a whitening kit. My fillings are all too low, I asked for them to be redone... so he drilled off some of one tooth to level it out !! I didn't bother with the other 2 !! After injecting me 6 times he cleaned my teeth for 1 HOUR, when I got the feeling back in my mouth I ran my tongue over my teeth and noticed the shape of them had changed !! The front and side teeth are now shorter, the side teeth are pointed and uneven, he changed the top and bottom teeth from flat to scissor like. I get food stuck in them all the time now !! He made holes between my back teeth big enough to put a toothpick right through !! I paid for 3 white fillings but he did two white & 1 black !! He also started filing a tooth down because I complained that the first filling was too low. I stopped him midway & you can clearly see the jagged damage he has done to that tooth. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to... Polite and friendly but ever so devious !! My teeth no longer meet and are very uneven, the whitening kit is useless as my teeth are a completely different size and shape to how they were when the mold was made. I would sue but in my experience dentists have their own (crooked) lawyers to get them out of these situations. Thanks for ruining my mouth and taking £1000 for the displeasure Akesh

I then went to Smile Arch for a emergency tooth repair & found out Akash was now working there !! They offered me some remedial work but only free if Akash did it as the manager Archana Mehta lied & said he was not working for her practices at the time !! Obviously I declined !! AVOID THEY ARE DISHONEST

I am a very nervous patient and had not been to the dentist for many years. I am approaching the end of a course of treatment involving extractions and implants.
The implant dentist, Sreyas, has been amazingly gentle and confidence inspiring and reassured me throughout the extractions and implants, which were all painless and without issue. The nurse, Kusum has ably assisted him and the receptionists - Sarah and Claire, and practice manager, Archana have arranged my many appointments and been very welcoming on each of my visits.
I would whole-heartedly recommend the practice.
