Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Multi-award winning, including Great Taste Awards 3-star, the top accreditation from the Guild of Fine Food, given to fewer than 2% of products judged. Trustpilot is where we listen. Outstanding level of customer care and…
Outstanding level of customer care and service. I had a query regarding the upcoming availability of the organic salmon, they were super quick in responding by email. Then they had a question regarding my order and phoned me to clarify. Very efficient and pleasant.
The smoked salmon is hands down the BEST I have ever had. A friend recommended them and I will definitely be reordering regularly. Without doubt it was worth the price and I will be recommending them to others.
