We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Easter treat becomes regular pleasure!
It was a touch expensive, but as Easter was approaching I thought it worth giving it a try. It turned out to be the delicious treat I was hoping it would be. In the end we also gave a packet to our son and daughter-in-law, who thought it was a far better present than an Easter Egg. It arrived on time and well packed, so it was just as good when it arrived as it had been when it left the smokehouse.

Salmon was excellent as always!
Salmon was excellent as always - a little disappointed that the Yuzu Mayo that we ordered with it was going out of date in less than a week of the delivery date.

Excellent smoked fish!
Ordering was easy.
Delivery was on time and neatly packed. I ordered smoked trout and various smoked salmon to try and they were very high quality. I would definitely order again. Highly recommended.
My only minor complaint is that the delivery company does not knock on the door. They left the package at the front door and I only realised it was there when I got an email notification saying it was delivered.
