I booked a taxi via minicabit and I must say SmoothAirportTransfer offered a great service. Communication with the customer service was smooth and efficient. The driver we had was professional and friendly. Highly recommended

The driver picked us up from Heathrow to our AirBnB in Chelsea. He was excellent - gave us clear directions where to find him, was sooo patient and later also helped us find the correct entrance to our apt. He deserved the hopefully good tip we gave him.
