Ordered a retro shirt in October 2025. Never received it. It's now August 2026. Chased it up a few times, got various excuses, but given up now. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
They are scammers - avoid.

Can’t do zero! Haven’t received my shirt, it’s not available any longer on the site. Repeatedly emails have failed to be answered. I imagine they’ve set their grift up by now in another name. Don’t buy.

Money gone, got a confirmation email after waiting over a year, saying order completed, order hasn't been completed at all No shirt No refund, avoid!!!Absolute scammers Be warned!! Through the whole process kept sending tracking that never actually worked, they're very good a conning you!! AVOID 100%

Shirt never arrived (now 12 months after ordering) despite many many e-mails to chase

I paid for a football shirt at the start of June. Item never received and despite several attempts to contact never received a response either. Will be in contact with my bank for a refund. Avoid!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I did not read reviews until after I ordered. I have no goods and as yet no refund.

They ignore all communiocation.

The tracking code, it links to a website that asks you to input your credit card to get updates.

Personal choice if you use, but you won't receive any goods.

Will happily update the review if they prove me wrong but after 3 months waiting and ignoring all communication I want to warn all other potential buyers.

I ordered a shirt back in May 2026, its now August 2026 and it has still not arrived. The tracking number i was given shows nothing and despite numerous emails to SM Retro no replies or explanation. They are a bunch a scammers!

Item never arrived and no response to emails

Placed my order more than 3 weeks ago now. Other than order confirmation emails I've heard nothing. Have written twice to request updates and have heard nothing. Have now written requesting that I get an update today or I will raise a dispute with visa and get a refund. Very disappointing.

They have taken my money and I have received nothing, got a confirmation to say I had an order number but have not heard anything since. Ordered March 26 and now in August 26 and not a peep. I have emailed with no reply and now my account says no orders pending. Such a shame as the kits look great, but avoid avoid avoid!

took my money... confirmed the order then absolutely nothing.. do not waste your time and money.. lodged a money return claim with American Express..

it took about 7 weeks to arrive, but then they admit that, plus they keep you informed via email. the shirt itself it absolutely beautiful. better than any score draw. very, very happy with my, ultra rare, '78 Keegan England shirt.

Order placed in December 2025.
It’s now 7 months that I’ve been waiting and still the product hasn’t arrived.
They occasionally reply to my emails but the tracking number doesn’t work and the excuses provided are pitiful (and some must be lies).
Please do not give them your business otherwise you risk losing your money

Placed an order on 9th Feb 2026 paying £78. Order acknowledged, goods not received tracking does not work, since then total silence and no reply to seven emails. Have contacted my bank in an effort to retrieve payment. I think firm is a scam.

A good quality product but took a long time to arrive and a medium was too big.

No email responses for last couple of months, shirt was ordered September last year, just want my money back....avoid at all costs..thought I would give this company the benefit of the doubt...wish I hadn't as I would of still had my money

Scam company avoid at all costs, my order was supposedly shipped beginning of May, still no order has arrived within their timeslot, given a tracking number that is bogus and doesn't work, emailed them countless times with no reply, instructed my card company to pursue this further and hence review on here, my fault really as I didn't read the reviews on here first before ordering, do no use this company, very angry customer

After spending £80 on 2 shirts back in February and numerous emails sent without any response, I am still waiting for my shirt’s as of the 3rd July, the tracking number doesn’t work and no response from SM metro. Stay away from this company don’t waste your money!!

Ordered my shirt, sipmply never turned up. Emailed many times for delivery details and tracking information......absolutely nothing. Total rip off!! Stay well away.

not good experience at all. shipping takes forever, if at all. tracking number is not recognized - not even by their own website. after a while they don't respond to emails. not good sm retro :(
