They're doing fraud. not receiving any calls, and also on call, they are using false words like"F". I have a recording of saying this. No support for any issue. They blocked my numbers. Sadik Patel is a fraud there. Jogeswari is using false words in a call.

Very poor experience with SMSLocal. I purchased a corporate subscription in January through Mr. Sadik Patel. Initially, I was informed that he was unavailable due to health issues, which I completely understood. However, when I later requested support and eventually asked for a refund in January itself, I stopped receiving responses.

My calls were not answered, and communication became very difficult. On WhatsApp, there was a message indicating that a refund would be processed, but after that there has been no follow-up or resolution.

It has been a very frustrating experience with the customer support. I hope the company addresses this issue and processes my refund soon.
